IMPRESENTABLE. to us she did the same, we also had reserved for the bridge of the Pillar and at 12 in the morning we received 3 calls in a row that we canceled the room. At the moment we received a Whats app canceling our room, lying blatantly for rejecting the calls, I'm sure she was hanging herself to have an excuse. we have seen, now also here, that it is her modus operandi when the other plan is released.

Be careful with the owner of the Casat Pension.

We booked for 10 people to spend the holiday from 12 to 13 October. 2 hours before arriving in Salardú they call us and when we say no we say no. After 3 calls they call us canceling the booking because they can't contact us. We explain that we have picked up the phone but also left us hanging up on 3 families with 4 children to go out to eat with their family.

We will be left hanging with the reserve.

I would like to point out that we are talking about the Vall D'Aran, an idyllic and expensive place. Salardú is two minutes from Baqueira, in the middle of an overwhelming landscape. Considering the above, the Casat Pension fulfills its promise, a place without alarms, a comfortable bed with a comfortable cushion and a clean place. The breakfast is correct. I paid just over 100€ for the weekend, it seems like a great price. It is true that the booking move is extra, because more than anything with booking you have that certainty that someone will respond. And the owner of the pension is a lovely lady and she can do the same thing without any problem. I would have no problem coming back.

Clean rooms, friendly and always available owner. in the middle of the village. we are not looking for luxuries, but this is very correct. regarding the criticisms that are there, they may be right, but we understand that she is an older woman, who does not understand technology well, and has difficulty managing the networks.

Suspiciously, when we booked for booking.com, she called us in two days to cancel it and save us 2€ per head and she saved the commission on them, which we didn't do and already in the middle of the trip she assumed that we hadn't been there cancelling the booking to save ourselves a minimum amount of money. Then in the room the first night was cold and after the first day we counted the level of the radiators that were at 1.8 over 5 that the maximum sound was to account for the submunes, and the following days was to count and when she cleared the room we went down, one day at 9:00 p.m. she also returned to the previous one unknown and it seems that after a few hours we could get into the bathroom because the price of the two or three radiators was very low.

A colleague at the company I work for made a reservation for me to sleep in the Casat boarding house.A few minutes later, the owner (Pilar) called me to tell me that I should cancel my reservation for Booking and that she was saving my room because it would cost more; she even told me again via WhatsApp.I told her that I had not made the reservation, that I would ask her and that if they wanted to do this, I would notify her.We decided to cancel the reservation and make it in another hotel.The next day Mrs. Pilar wrote me the messages that appear in the photo I posted.

It was a very quick visit.We felt at home, very welcoming. And the owner was very attentive and kind. She was always very helpful with us. The views from our room were spectacular. The breakfast was very varied. If we returned to the area we most likely would repeat. We recommend without a doubt.

Stayed here for the night last weekend with a friend. Nice big rooms, friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. Cheap rates and close to baquiera. Was given restaurant recommendations and made to feel welcome. Will def stay here again!
