My girlfriend and I chose the Excelsior because we thought it was great as a price and location in fact the bus station is only 5 minutes' walk away (comfortable and useful to reach the various cabins). So it was and we also found an excellent cleaning (the rooms were being refurbished every two days) and the staff really friendly and courteous. The best seats and suggestions came from Alex, the guy from the reception, always available and professional.

A strategic point in the heart of the city

Very friendly and welcoming staff, great location for the San Antonio area, near the sea, with market and various fast food within walking distance and some very interesting clubs in the area

It was more than expected thanks to the amazing staff Alex and Alba and the other lady, they were super friendly. The hotel is in the centre of s Antoni so a perfect location where you can reach bar shops markets everthing but
The street is not too busy especially in the night you can sleep without problems.
The hotel has everything
You need in the room, even if the room is very simple it is clean and there is a small fridge , small kitchen, (no microwave), bath towels every 2 days when they clean, toilet papar and hairdryer.
on your last day you can leave your suitcase and go to the beach and have a shower and have new towels when you come back !This is very good!!

The two stars are only for the strategic location (all two steps away) and for the price (lower than everyone in the area). dated hotel and rooms with single beds, kitchen with cooking plan (plates) with various kitchen utensils as well as dishes and glasses, bathroom with alternating stages with an internal window from which came, 24 hours a day, an unpleasant smell of sewage.

Position and price

Room with dust piles coming out of the bed; toilet with the broken toilet (and the resulting bad smell in the room); air conditioning not working; no Wi-Fi; puries every 2 days; now-consuming beds.. overall a stable worn out by time with uninterested operators to those basic improvements able to get customers back.

Pity for you.

Apartments in the very central area near everything interesting in San Antonio very basic, small premises and some with balconies a little dated staff friendly my room had a bad outside view

That's enough.

What stands out is the cleanliness and treatment of the workers for the kindness, disposition and close treatment they had with us a 10!!!! Ademas have a suitcase keeper and some showers for if your flight leaves late! Yes it is true that it is very basic but for the price we pay in Ibiza this is phenomenal.

The attention is excellent, the department has everything you need, even you can cook there, the balcony is very large with a view to the sea if you look a little, I was really very happy; without a doubt I would repeat.

Exelente relation quality price

Very friendly staff, it’s a perfect location. It is in the middle of the barstreet so perfect for friends who want to party. Within a 15 minute drive you’re at the nice beaches. The rooms are clean, good air conditioning.

Excelsior

I went with my partner for 5 days, when we got to the reception we had to claim the tourist fee and a 50 cents bail. We went up to the room and the TV only saw 3 channels, terrible. The next day I got to sweep and sack my hair like a wig, a part of the emboltorios under the dining bed. The dish leaves much to be desired as it is very basic, we only had a fork, when there were 3 spoons. We had to buy dishwashers and spillage because there was no need to wash the dishes. The day coincides when the toilet of our room and we see a stream of water falling through the wall, we look for the roof of the shower and your handful of moisture, decorated in the reception, pointing it out.
