We asked for a few minutes to decide what to do and when we asked to see the room, they said roughly that they had no more room, five minutes later.

This is a very serious matter.

It's very disappointing. It's scary.When you enter it looks like the typical horror movie.The photos seem like it's an amazing place but then the rooms are very old, beds with blankets like my grandmother's.It's very hot in the room and if you open the windows the mosquitoes size XL make you look pretty.The year's sanitary La Polca with pipes that ring and smell bad.A penny xq with a good investment could be a good hotel.It looks cheap compared to other hotels but in the end it sells cheaply.It's bad that we were passing and we only spent one night, we wouldn't have lasted another day.

Disappointing, the rooms and antique furniture from the storytelling era, the small bathroom and the bathroom are the same, would require a good refurbishment, the short curtains, then if you want to open the windows, the mosquitoes will creep on you and if you close it, you'll get warm.

Great hotel. We had a booking accident so we looked for a hotel available on a weekday night at 11:00 p.m. They opened their doors to us with a very warm welcome. Nice room and super nice staff. With a good breakfast. Thank you for everything.

It's a great hotel.

If you want to book here, you leave with very low expectations so you won't be completely disappointed. Very dated hotel, really cheap boarding house. Comfortable for the airport. There's no elevator but several stairs. Spacious room but my mattress should say goodbye, now what he could have done. For my husband, the mattress was okay. Bathroom without windows and smells really terrible. Clean but sheets, blankets and overgrown and old pillows. If you leave with a few complaints ok, if you don't change hotel.

It's an old hotel, but we've been phenomenal. As I say, the rooms are old, but the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is functional. Everything is clean. There's breakfast option for 4e plus/pax, varied and very good everything. It doesn't have an elevator, but the staff helped us carry the luggage and the child's chair. To highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I loved the treatment received, how they treated us with a smile that goes behind the mask, and how they explained everything to us.

It is located in a remote area and needs a global reform.The bed is as it was years ago.Don't be fooled by the cover photo.Nothing is recommended.The only positive thing about the hotel is the kindness of the person who attended us.

We were very well taken care of at the reception by a very kind young man, but when we got to the room we were cheated by the antique furniture. The beds needed a change, as the mattresses are uncomfortable. It's a shame because the building and surroundings are very nice and in a quiet place. You can leave the car in the hotel's free parking lot and move by bus to have nearby stops. The breakfast is fine and the staff is very attentive.

It's a good location as it's about 10 minutes from Santander.The service is very friendly and helpful.We have 24-hour reception service.The breakfasts are of good quality and price.Recommended for visiting Santander and surroundings.

The stay is wonderful because of the professional and warm staff. I chose it because of the location, but I would return for the excellent service.
