A cochombrous room with humidity and a miserable bed where you stick your mattress iron in your ribs when you go to bed.

It's horrible!

Catastrophic, cozy, dirty, smelly and noisy.We stayed one night and had to switch to another hotel.The price is disproportionate and abusive.85 euros per night and we switched to a 3-star hotel for 90 euros.We would never repeat.The owner charges us the total of the room two days before and without the option of seeing the room.

Deplorable is the stay.

When we wanted to talk to him about the problems that arose during our stay at the residence, we only received negative comments and even insults (on more than one occasion he messed with the physique of some of us and made jokes about liars), we tried to talk to him respectfully, but it was impossible, he didn't listen or let us talk. Many of us ended up starving at the residence having breakfast and dinner included.

There is no allowance for a callous dude.

We chose this hotel because there weren't many options for the day we stayed and we were surprised that to have a star we were charged 80€ but we didn't have many more options. Extremely expensive. The rooms are dirty. They have hair in the bathroom. The shower faucet doesn't work. The roommates aren't very friendly. There is noise in the hallways.

So that we can't stop listening.

I can't describe the dirt I found, the stars aren't cleaned up, add the nasty, nefarious cafeteria/restaurant that runs the hotel, they should give a discount for the physique.

The name honors the reality.

You'd have to talk to the one who gives you the stars in hotels because even if you only have one left over. Super dirty room, spotted saunas, draped shower curtain, the cigarette pillow and the mattress that looks like you're sleeping on the floor. Very carefully if you don't want to get up on your double vacation. And if we talk about the bar, it's a hassle, the Camarera rubia straight up or more pegas you can't put on, reaching the point of refusing even a simple snack. If you want to enjoy Santander, spend something else at the hotel and you'll be happy.

Nefasto no, the following.

Our end of the trip was not to enjoy a hotel room, but the room was small, the bathroom was old and smelly, and you could perfectly hear the conversation of every neighbor in the hallway.

3 nights to enjoy the santander.

Having said that, a one-star hotel, you can't even order a hot tub in the room. The room was fine, some carpeted route as someone wrote and some stain on the bed. Despite that the beds were quite comfortable, as standing in front of the faculties there was no noise at night. The shower was right, a good amount of water and it came out hot quickly. The cafeteria rooms were very nice.

What to expect from a 1-star hotel?

We had a nice stay good for the money, but there are a few improvements to be made, the cleanliness could be a bit improved, and the check-in desk was a bit confusing, apart from that it was a nice stay for a couple days.
