Very well placed, very functional and bluffing layout! Two steps from the cathedral and yet ultra calm, we slept like loads, sipping our apéro or breakfast on the terrace looking at the Giralda: Giant! Excellent literature very good staff responsiveness very good

Everything was fantastic, the attention, the cleanliness, the room and the kitchen. the bed was very nice and comfortable. but the bathroom... we touched the Manolete room and the impossible bathroom... very nice and nice but nothing functional... to the cold. they have a heater that does not heat anything... the shower water goes out everywhere and fills the floor... but otherwise everything is fine. we would return, but not to that room.

Everything is fine except for...

Comfortable, quirky, clean.  Kitchen was well equipped. Check-in and out was easy.  Good location for restaurants and sights. Strong smell of sewer gas in front entrance. The shower area, although quirky, was difficult to access and everything ended up wet in the room.

Quirky

Check-in and key collection completely automised, i.e. via links on smartphone. The apartment is small, but stylish and has everything one would need for a short stay. The stairs to the kitchen are very steep, but there is an escalator. Location: only minutes from the river, the bullring, cathedral and Alcázar. 
No parking. Best place to park is Mercado Arenal which is close enough to walk from.

Perfect for a short stay

Apartment well located near the main monuments, in a quiet neighborhood. Everything clean and well maintained. In a few square meters you have everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay in Seville.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, strategic location to visit the city we highly recommend!!! If we really want to find a small spot I would say that the bathroom could be a little more comfortable.

Very nice accommodation.

We were moved from our original booking to this apartment block. The first apartment we were given was awful, the downstairs apartment here has a big kitchen but the bath room is outside (converted) with no privacy from the room itself of and no way of shutting the door from the inside. It was cold as the heater didn't work and just completely impractical. We got moved to the middle floor apartment (begrudgingly after being treated like second class customers, people were allowed to check in in front of us, we were just messed about all round to be honest by reception). 
The second apartment was cleaner (lots of stains in the first one, less in this one luckily). The indoor bathroom was a plus although there was a kitchen in a cupboard and the apartment was the smallest we have ever had. 

Overall we wouldn't use singular again we were treated pretty poorly, instead of letting us choose an apartment further out as per our first choice we were just shoved into the first one which was cold (no air con, broken thermostat) the second was better, electrics were a bit dodgy and weird stains on the second bedroom floor but at least the beds were comfy and the shower worked although it doesn't get past luke warm.



Not what we hoped 

The location of the apartment as well as the house itself, are very good but the fact that the bathroom is literally on the street, apparently carried out in the building's patio, leaves much to be desired.

Everything is fine except for the bathroom literally on the street.

A very cozy and beautiful studio, everything very clean and equipped. The huge kitchen to be a studio and the patio and bathroom very original, maintaining original construction features. But... there are flaws from my point of view that dwarf the rest of the advantages. In the salt shower the water is everywhere and floods the bathroom, something very uncomfortable because after you have to go through the sink and still the floor, rustic, remains wet. Nothing practical if you are entering and leaving the room. On the other hand, I suppose because you are in an alley, there is no mobile cover and the wifi of the accommodation is no sign. If it is an odyssey to send a simple email. For me, that I had to work a lot in the room was a disastrous response.

A valuable study but with deficiencies.

Location is nice but for the money you can stay somewhere with good customer service, fresh towels (these are garaunteed on 2nd day by company but never showed up) and check in was a nightmare that lasted 1 1/2 hours standing at the bus station. We called 4 times and they wouldn’t help us write it down, insisted on sending a message that never came. Every time we called we got a different person which made it more difficult. If you don’t have WhatsApp, get it before you waste precious vacation time trying to get a hold of their address. Sevilla is amazing and there are many beautiful hotels in the center to choose from. Apartment was big and clean- 2 stars
