A good place to stay, not very central but close to everything and is quiet, it has a swimming pool that is all new in our case with a barbecue and a spacious apartment.

Well done to you.

From start to finish the communication with Apartmentos-Lanzarote has been appalling. Unanswered E Mails and constant telephone calls made without even the courtesy of a reply.
On arriving two hours late into Lanzarote Airport a phone call to my wife was received asking us where we were as the cleaner couldn’t wait any longer with the key (this despite me e mailing and ringing the office to inform them of a delayed departure due to aircraft breakdown) and we were to pick her up from another destination which clearly we weren’t prepared to accept.
On arriving at the apartment we accepted the keys and in the next few hours discovered so many faults with the place I felt compelled to take photographs as evidence. How on earth as described in your advert this apartment is “stylish and modern” is beyond me as it is clearly anything but! Outdated, dirty and in need of a thorough overhaul would be more apt!

I have attached a file of the pictures and i’m sure they speak for themselves but here is a list of our complaints

1.    No toilet paper at all on arrival so had to go shopping immediately
2.    Shower head split so water went absolutely everywhere
3.    No bathroom window blind or curtain so neighbours and people from the street could see straight in when taking a shower was or going to the toilet
4     Toilet flush broken so water constantly streaming into pan
5     Lighting not adequate and bulbs/ fixtures not working
6     Safe has no key so nowhere to secure valuables
7     Lampshades in main bedroom held together with surgical tape. As well as being filthy a massive fire hazard
8     The poorest/ cheapest bedlinen I have ever seen and spare pillows an absolute disgrace with no covers
9     A kingsize fitted bed sheet place on a double bed which clearly would not fit
10   Wifi paid for in our costs but did not work for our entire stay
11   Two broken patio chairs and a spare I wouldn’t even think of using it was so dirty
12   Two broken and useless patio umbrellas
13   Door handle to main bedroom had at sometime been forced off and replaced badly
14   Electrics by television a danger and again massive fire hazard
15   Light on entrance to property foyer not working
16   Wires on steps hang over and tied to hand rail
17   Pots/ pans and cutlery requiring washing before being used and cupboards filthy
18   Bi fold door into second bedroom broken
19   Settee/ bed settee smashed in one corner and unable to be used
20   Kick boards missing or hanging off in kitchen
21   No padded cushion on one of the chairs
22   Paintwork through out entire apartment in very very poor condition
23   A filthy smelly dish cloth and pad left by the sink which was put in the bin immediately for hygiene reasons
24   TV and Air con remote controls with backs either broken or missing
25   No hand towel in bathroom

The rest of the complex was actually quite nice but I'd certainly be very very wary and steer well clear of apartmentos-lanzarote.com and Natalie Maria Butschek and team!!

Princesa Teguise Apartment. Don't Bother!!

We spent few weeks there and it wasn´t so bad. The apatment was clean. Situated on nice place And not expensive. Enough for the prise. Yes, its true that its like a residence, because there are people living in the apartment, but after all it wasn´t annoying.

This property is advertised as maintained and furnished to a high standard it is none of these things. It is dirty, tired, settee - did not want to sit on it, threadbare bedding, grotty beds,  the electrics are elderly showing signs of neglect, kitchen yuck.  The thought of staying here reduced me to tears we voted with our feet  and left.

little gem of apartments. been here three times, used pool in april with others. pool used much more in July, not many using in feb as pool as turned cold in afternoon, ,as this is part residential and part holiday let no need to worry about towels on sunbeds. pool and surrounding area cleaned at least twice a week.apartment has just about everything you could want. We found nearest supermarket maxi coop at end of street and turn left 3 roads down about 5 mins walk, just a little further behind supermarket are several bars chinese etc, if you main area 10mins walk. would always walk down taxi back as there is an incline and taxi's are cheap,we are a couple in 60s

brilliant apartments

These apartments are a small treasure. I've been here three times and in April I used the pool, although I used it much more in July. In February I didn't use it much, as it was cold in the evenings. Since it is a complex half residential and half vacation, you don't have to worry about leaving the towels in the sun loungers. The pool and the area around it are cleaned at least twice a week. The apartment has everything you need to find the nearest supermarket. To get to the end of the street and turn the street to the left, about 5 minutes to walk. Not much further away you can find several bars, Chinese restaurants, etc. The main neighborhood is located 10 minutes to walk. To get there we walked, but to the back door we took a taxi, which is in a bar and the third cab. We are 60 years old.

Magnificent apartments.

Not a holiday complex. 14 out of 16 apartments were residents who went out to work, so we would feel odd sitting around pool. Never saw anyone swimming in pool, so didn't risk it. Too far from everything. Nearest supermarket or restaurant were 20 minutes walk away.
