The hostel is a house with an interior courtyard, very nice the ideal location in the center and a 5 minute walk from public parking spaces, there are various opinions of the cleanliness, we seem very clean and quiet enough that practically no cars pass by.

Good price quality.

The only good thing, the location and the poor employees, the owner, zero education with the client and even less with the employee, went without a mask and told her that if you please put it on, she screamed at you angrily that she, already vaccinated... the shower curtains, the blacks.

Maltreatment and filth.

The floor is dirty. No towels from day to day. No entering to clean the room! You have to order toilet paper. The general switch (which is supposed to work with a card) does not work. Often there is no one at the reception. [No breakfast].

Low quality-price ratio, and being a hostel isn't cheap.

Everything is fine, especially the location, in the center of Toledo.The only thing missing is the cleanliness.We found nuts under the bed and the curtain in the bathtub had the bottom completely green.

Totally modern, very cozy, room to rest, bed and pillow), very comfortable.Both the room and the bathroom are clean.On top of the quality-price is very affordable.Restaurant to the owner, very friendly and respectful.From Cantabria we will repeat again.

A comfortable bed, nice room, clean and renovated but the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable, the toilet is under a sloping ceiling and you have to be careful not to get in the head. The shower is good. Room with a patio window and in the morning you could hear the reception. All night he was connecting and disconnecting the automatic of the room. We couldn't sleep at all. In addition, the bathroom tank has tubes around the room and they sounded a lot at night. When we commented in the morning to the owner's response was we didn't know how to put the card in the room, which is perfect. We said we tried to put it on anyway and we put it on and it didn't work. Instead of saying it didn't work.

We were in a 'new' room. I'm very travelling, and I can assure you that many three-star hotels don't have that much quality. Very clean. The bathroom with very good equipment. 100% recommended.

We spent a weekend with 7 friends in Toledo, 3 of us were lucky enough to sleep in a triple room in the new part.The room was very large, clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable, the shower was large with rain and normal, the dryer with a lot of power.The owners were very kind. They don't make breakfast but there are bars very close.

We were three girls to spend the night because we were going to tourism and parties. The room was very comfortable and warm. The lady this morning was very nice. The only thing we didn't like was that we arrived at the hostel at 4 am, it was closed, we called and the gentleman who got up to open our doors rebuked us for the hours we arrived at the 'party', I didn't take that very into account but if we felt uncomfortable.

I had booked a night in an apartment next door to this hostel and when I got to the door I didn't find anyone so I kindly asked the lady if she was managing the apartments and the lady literally knocked the door in my face.
