We stayed 8 days in this country house. I want to emphasize above all the human quality of the owners. We had a car accident the day we arrived and the next day they took us in their private car to Santiago to rent a car. They were always concerned about our problem. Conchi y Win thanks for your kindness. Have some friends in Barcelona. They loved our conversations in the garden of your wonderful house. The house is beautiful, clean and cozy. The rooms on the second floor are precious and we lack details. The breakfasts are very complete and always ready to offer you more quantity and variety. The gardens are very well maintained and the pool area very comfortable. It has been the first time that I have been moved by the people who booked any hotel in the first place we have stayed.

The money is the best.

The house is unbeatable. The rooms are very pleasant. The unforgettable breakfasts. Conchi y Wim, the owners, are lovely and always attentive. The atmosphere and the surroundings are fantastic. The perfect vacation.

Everything in it is remarkable, the facilities, the rooms, the cleaning, the common spaces, the breakfast (I would say even better than many 4-star hotels) in which nothing was lacking, fruit, freshly expressed natural juice, embroidered, cheese, membrillo and of course the coffee and bakery that the owner makes daily, but above all the attention and dedication they have to the customer, so Conchi, like Win, are always ready to meet the needs of their guests, as well as the tratanes as members of the family, for example, if they do not have a car, travel by plane, offer to take us to a nearby restaurant, where we will definitely be able to find a restaurant, and if we have any other opportunity to go to Santiago, we will have no doubt that we will be able to find a restaurant to visit on any other occasion.

It's not a word.

We've been a week and, after many years of rural tourism, we've found the perfect home. We've felt at home and its hosts are so wonderful that, we've had a real sense of sorry to say goodbye, although rather it will be a good day because we plan to return and, of course, recommend the house to anyone who wants to enjoy a lovely place. Very well situated, close to Santiago and many attractions. Absolute cleanliness and beautiful rooms, with exquisite decoration. Designs of five stars. Conchi makes some spectacular biscuits and Win es, simply, amazing. They're concerned about making us feel comfortable and the evenings with them have been enriched. Let's make less of the sound of the fountains and cats. Thank you for having demonstrated that perfection exists.

We have stayed a week in this wonderful place with our 12-year-old daughter. There is no one but it is simply the perfect place to stay, better than many 5-star hotels. A 15-minute drive from Santiago is the central place to explore all of Galicia. Its owners, Conchi y Wim, are some perfect hosts always ready to help, always super friendly. The house...is perfect, carefully decorated both the common areas and the bedrooms and super super clean, better than at home. We recommend the breakfasts with Conchi's refreshments, very good. A delight to be able to enjoy the wonderful swimming pool. We will definitely recommend As Six Chimeneas to all who visit Galicia.

Un 10!!!

A beautiful, characterful house in Galician countryside very close to Santiago de Compostela! Our lovely room with a balcony was large, spotless and had views to the idyllic countryside behind. Wim and Conchi are both kind, welcoming and gracious hosts. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. We loved our stay in Seis Chemineas, it was a highlight of our 6 week European holiday.

Wonderful experience!

This was a fantastic Galician experience for us.
Conchi and William are great generous hosts. William speaks good English and gives good advice about the area. Conchi prepares absolutely delicious and plentiful breakfast, which is very far above the average in Spain.
The house is a good location to explore Galicia. It is located very centrally, near Santiago, but at the same time in a very quiet rural area with wonderful air and spectacular views.
The garden, where the breakfast is served when the weather allows, is very pleasant and unique.
Would definitely recommend this place very highly.

Interesting old house, great views, superb hospitality, delicious breakfast

I would like to thank Conchi and William for their warm welcome extended to us. We spent 3 days at this beautiful place, and both hosts helped us make the visit to Galicia very memorable. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. The advice we received was very good, we visited Combarro, Santiago, and other fishing villages along the coast.

Hospitality at its best

An amazing stay in the country side of Galicia. The hosts were wonderful, they went out of there way to help with our needs and provided a fantastic true Spanish breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Try to get the room with the balcony or terrace to make the most of the views.

Wonderful!

We unfortunately only had 2 nights at this beautiful property only a short drive outside of Santiago de Compostella
Our room with balcony was bliss, the swimming pool area perfect late afternoon after a day in town and the hosts available for all our questions and queries.
Breakfast was Sensational and my wife's gluten intolerance needs met.
All amenities in the room were top rate
The owners were away on holiday whilst we were here but family members , without any English, really went out of their way to ensure our visit was memorable
One tip...we spent over an hour totally lost trying to find our way here.
The phone number on booking.com and the website is wrong and gps will send you off to the airport.
You must use the gps coordinates on the actual website to get you here.
Once here, it is easy to find your way back from sdc
And the restaurant within walking distance provides really nice food, although a little expensive.
Overall, worth the short drive from town to experience one of the very best accommodation properties you will find anywhere.
