We stayed one night on our trip down the Camino de Santiago and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, perfect for a good night's rest. They have space for bicycles. In front is the bakery where breakfast with bread and homemade biscuits are served freshly made!

 Perfect accommodation!

After 25 km of walking we arrive at this picturesque establishment located under a motorway and facing a bakery/bakery owned by the same owner. The manager and his staff were really lovely and caring. This small star hotel has nothing to envy of a 3-star hotel! Spacious and comfortable rooms with wooden floor. Equally spacious and functional shower room. Shower products available. Various evening meals: empanadas, chicken and appetizer dishes, seasoned vegetable soup, steak/champignons and potatoes in plates, and a kind of dessert mixes.

Superb place to stay on the Camino. Has the best shower since St Jean pied de Port. Lovely garden, hand wash facility. Excellent bakery across the road. Friendly and welcoming host. Thoroughly enjoyed my pause here and the village itself had a supermarket and ATMs.

One of the best stays on the Camino

My wife and I stayed here while doing the Camino on bicycles in May of 2022. We called ahead and reserved with Blanca. When we arrived there was no answer at the door but I should have remembered to go across (diagonally) the street to the and inquire. We checked in with Bianca who showed us the property and told us about the yard etc. We had a room on the ground floor. Very clean, cool and modern (Great shower / bathroom, modern TV and Wifi) and very quiet. Once we unloaded the bikes, Blanca showed us where we could store the bikes safely in a garage. As mentioned by others there is a store (and restaurants ) in town where one can by groceries. We ate breakfast at the bakery the following morning while sitting outside under the awning. We would definitely stay here again.

Great choice for Vega de Valcarce.

We stayed here on the bike path. The house is opposite the bakery at the entrance to the village. We had the room on the ground floor, bedroom, bathroom and a living room. We could use the nice garden with laundry, table and chairs. Behind the bakery you can take a refreshing bath through an entrance in the creek, the bathroom is nicer than the one in the village. You can't hear the highway bridge that crosses the valley. The beds were very convenient. We had dinner from the local supermarket and spent the evening relaxed driving. The breakfast is not included, but it doesn't cost much, and in the breakfast we got everything to make a good breakfast. The gardens, which are also among the gardens, were very convenient for us to bring.

Great hostel on the road - perfect place to stay over the long mountain

The hostel is phenomenal and Blanca has been very kind and has advised us on places to visit and restaurants to eat. The breakfasts at the Panadería are great. If we return to this area, we will definitely stay there.

On holiday by Las Medulas

This is one of our favorite places to stay on the Camino Francés. Hostal is small, basic and beautiful, an older home that has been refurbished. The bakery and cafeteria across the road is where you check in. Bakery has a wonderful selection of breads and desserts. Very clean establishment and very friendly attendants. 

Camino 2019

Beautiful house, it can be rented whole or by rooms. This is very new, neat and clean. In front is the owner who also has a bakery and prepares homemade meals if you wish. Blanca takes care of you as if you were from her family On the route of El Camino De Santiago but has many more possibilities, beautiful villages, magical corners. Perfect to spend a week or more days.

 The Camino de Santiago

The impeccably furnished and decorated rooms of this guesthouse provide a quiet moment on the roads of Compostelle. The highway that passes just above accentuates the lyricism of the countryside, without the passage of traffic being heard. The steep garden with its furnished terrace is an added happiness. The pleasure is complemented by breakfast in the bakery right across the street, which belongs to the same owners, and where bread and pastries are simply delicious.

Nice house with impeccable rooms

Two-storey house with six rooms decorated with taste and affection in every detail. It was ideal for our small group. It has a fully equipped guest room and kitchen available to everyone. It was like being at home. We had breakfast in the bakery in front of the same owners, Blanca and Miguel. Everything is homemade, delicious, served with plenty. Besides, the owners Blanca and Miguel, wonderful people, are always attentive to their needs.
