An incredible house in a wonderful environment but very poorly maintained. With more details a house of 10. If we went to the light 20 times when using the kitchen. Damaged appliances and clogged drains. It is a shame that such a house is not taken care of as it deserves. The perfect treatment and attention also but there are many things to improve. The cave is spectacular.

A weekend to remember.

We were a large group (30 people) and booked the accommodation completely.A spectacular, spacious, comfortable and beautiful place.The rooms had very good heating, and the bathrooms were modern.The very friendly manager and owner, helped us a lot, were always available.It is highly recommended for groups looking for a rural home experience, to disconnect in a quiet landscape with a lot of freedom.

Great experience

We came to celebrate the handshake, and it was a pleasant surprise that Noelia decorated the room for us in an impressive way. The place is beautiful to rest, quiet and very warm. He said that what we liked the most is the freedom they gave you, since we felt intimacy and that the palace was our home.

Brutal  Brutal

The place is precious, it has charm, silence and a relaxing environment. The bad? That it is not a hotel. This would not be bad if it was detailed on the web or in search engines, but it is not. As a country house is a treat, as a hotel lacks staff. The girl who carries it is lovely but such a place, in my opinion, needs more staff. The pool is not that of a hotel (poor painting and poor maintenance), at night there is no one in charge and the idea of breakfast in the room should be better explained because, although the second day we have breakfast well, you have to do it yourself.

You always have to be well informed.

The condition of the pool is unfortunate, we had to take a car and move to another village to bathe because the day we arrived it was completely emptied. after four days, when we had already left, it was almost filled again. I believe that the pool does not meet the minimum sanitary measures to be open to the public and I hope that the corresponding person took the appropriate measures.

 Disappointing.

The hotel's location is easy to find and in an ideal place to enjoy nature. A few kilometers away is Belmonte with its famous castle which I recommend visiting. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you very much to Sara and Cesar for their attention.

A palace to enjoy!!!!

No sign of how to get there once there are times or ways to get in. The phone is also not answered so it is impossible. Reserving accommodation is impossible. It is a pity because it is a place that is very good and could be attractive to tourists in the area.

Cerrado is a city.

A precious palace, and a fabulous place to rest and enjoy that well-deserved rest, the owner Rosa is a wonderful very attentive and very hardworking woman alongside her spectacularly luxurious husband I highly recommend....

From the cinema.

This weekend my partner and I have been able to enjoy the wonderful care of Javier and Rosa in an impressive and historic location. The two of them split up because you feel at home and they are at your disposal, kind, cheerful and very good people. The place certainly needs a huge investment to be in perfect condition, it is a huge 15th century building, but that belongs to the owner and not to the 2 people who run the establishment, otherwise perfect for resting, relaxing and imagining what the splendor of this little town centuries ago would be like. The room and bed are good for rest, only if you hear the birds of the field. the right breakfast, I can't comment on the ideas because we will use the base hotel after sightseeing these beautiful lands.

A place to relax and enjoy.

A place with enormous potential and unfortunately underutilized and very poorly managed. Given the feeling that it was once something glamorous and fitted with very good taste, we do not know at what point this will change, adding elements of ikea decoration at best, nor when I stop keeping the house properly, a pity. It is generally cold in all rooms and the cleaning is not enough. Dinner is mediocre at 35 euros per person minimum. It is better to look for an alternative in eating. On the road there is a restaurant with very good tapas and attention, with good prices and good quality. Basic breakfast The category and price with which the establishment offers itself does not correspond to what was expected, I do not recommend it!
