Unparalleled overnight experience. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the bar was open so we brought over our drinks to enjoy at the beautiful garden. The set dinner was delicious and the wines they selected with each dish were perfect. Our room was small and comfortable, with all the bathroom amenities you could need. And the breakfast - we could not have had a better ending to our stay. Fresh baked bread from their own kitchen, and everything else from local producers.

The clincher was the hotel crew. Everyone we encountered was friendly and so excited for us first time guests because they knew we would enjoy our stay.

Unparalleled dining and overnight experience. 

Nice to eat here one or two times! after that same same… Good base flavour, but pale menu selections, presentation and staff. Your well-deserved success has unfortunately stopped you from trying the same way now days.

Same same…

Very silent place, cosy atmosphere, great food and a very interesting wine list at reasonable prices. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and attentative. This is a place I can strongly recommend for a nice weekend. Stunning nature on the east side down to the Baltic Sea som 8 km , great for walking on a heathen landscape. On the western side there is wood.

Tranquil

After reading the positive reviews we still had a very positive surprise! Food, staff and room was excellent. Very cunning and informative in a very leisure and positive manner, inspiring. We had the wine package and it was a different but positive choice of for us unknown wines. Food, really good creative but still basic dishes. Breakfast good but not excellent. Highly recommend a full package stay!
Note that you can only book room with dinner package (so just a stay would be expensive ;)

Excellent stay

In the stunning surroundings of Brösarps Backar and Verkeåns natural reserve lies this hotel/B&B. If in Sweden and Skåne you must visit this wonderful place! It’s carefully renovated over the years and the kitchen and service is excellent. Knowledgeable service staff and top class chefs with a feeling for the local produce combined with the best wines, without the snobbery. A must visit! 

A gem

Highly recommend relaxed and charming countryside hotel situated by the hills of Brösarps backar and with the beach in Haväng within hiking-distance. This familyrun hotel has its own microbakery and focus on rustic, delightful food based on local products. The breakfast and the tasting menu for the dinner were both fantastic as was the wine list. The staff was very nice, personal and serviceminded and the overall  atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The only thing we would like to add would be a pool, since it’s about 6 km walk to the beach, but on the other hand the hiking trail over the hills to Haväng was beautiful and well worth the walk. We also went mountainbiking on the wonderful trails, highly recommended too. We will definitely come back to this fantastic hotel!

Charming with fantastic food

Where recommended a stay at Talldungen by a friend and booked a room/dinner without much knowledge. Wow, what a surprise! They where welcoming, nice and made us feel so friendly with everyone! We booked the very generous wine package and were very happy with it as well as the delicious food! Will absolutely go back during the summer! 

Exceeded expectations! 

I can highly recommend this charming place. The staff was relaxing, very nice and serviceminded. We had two dogs with us and the staff was so nice to them too. The dinner and breakfast was great. A great place to stay, especially if you like to go hiking. 

Hikingweekend with friends

Talldugen is the most authentic place with so much charm and “hyggelig” feeling. The interior was lovely, the people were so kind and the food was the most amazing! I would come again to stay but definitely also for just the meal! 
Little tip for them: slippers, body lotion and a magazine in English for non Swedish people :)

So beautiful

Had dinner here and we were completely blown away both with food and service, venue is great with family atmosphere. Fixed 4 course dinner, with south Europe/Swedish Tradition(Husman) crossover style food, pricing ok slightly on the high side given relatively small dish sizes.
