The hotel: completely matches the booking reviews, but we didn't expect anything supernatural from the hotel and yet, here are the pros: the large area, spacious rooms with balconies that were being cleaned every day, a pretty big swimming pool and a girls' toilet. I think it needs to be updated  carpeting in the corridors lost, there are places where something was painted and the color doesn't match, and then all kinds of little things like a hotel-like elevator.

I spent a few days at this hotel in 2016 and everything was going very well. But this time I was a little disappointed because I didn't find the same quality of service. The staff wasn't very hospitable and sometimes not professional at all. The condition of the room is not up to standard. The dining and animation were the highlights. It's a shame the managers couldn't keep up.

Quality decline

The hotel is terrible, we read the reviews before the trip - we thought everyone was teasing))) but no, it's really sad... starting with the kitchen and ending with the service.

Bad hotel.

The bathroom, bathtub, toilet, shovel were dirty, one towel, there was no refrigerator - although it was announced. Everything had to be asked for on the grate, and any moment madams stretched for a couple of days. The room was on the second floor with the entrance to the pool. For those who really want to enjoy the doughnut, forget about the music, and then eat the doughnut at the doorstep.

This is the second time we're not eating at this hotel!

Despite the fact that the hotel is close to the tourist area and 5 minutes from the sea unfortunately it is a hotel with 2/3 stars! scarce quality and quantity of food, the rooms are old and with dirty bathrooms and broken furniture.the staff is very rude unless you do them favors or you pay them!!in the complex a vacation to forget!!the animation is not anything that, in fact...does the tourists also think about drinking and smoking they do not do!the beachprivate;of the hotel dirty and with few places! on-site assistance for us Italians does not exist at all!!last thing but not least even the indoor swimming pools are located on a little dirty lawn (mountains of cigarettes everywhere), almost useless because all the water turns green and the swimming pool tends to be an important one!!!!!

It sucks.

I'd have forgotten to eat or not, but you'd have noticed that there was a smell like the other rooms I can't tell, and their number 4 was: -there was no refrigerator, safe and fan, if you went to the registration desk and told me what's going on and what's not going on in the room, then you'd have heard and brought it, but don't get fooled). But you'd have to look at yourself who chooses the coffee shop - cleaning in the room.

Not more than two.

First of all I would like to say that I am a lover of Tunisia! I have been there a dozen times, and if we decided to go back after the attacks it is in solidarity with the Tunisian people that we love very much, but frankly we have never fallen on such a rotten hotel!!! this hotel is a shame to Tunisia, it will have to be closed by the authorities. the bars and cafés (five centimeters) are everywhere in the bedrooms the bathroom, the toilets etc.... the rooms are very dirty and they are not made every day. the electrical cabinets are unused and unprotected (attention to the children) the air conditioners are off, the TV is on the 80s, the hotel is not infected, but it is not in the air conditioner, but it is not in the air conditioner, the bathroom etc. The rooms are very dirty and they are not made every day.

Really disappointed, at first I was obliged to pay extra for my nationality which others do not (the bill is at my level), degradation of rooms, room service very bad no champoing no soap and no shower gel, disaster restoration, the animation was the only positive.I do not recommend this hotel

Disappointment

We were on vacation from July 5 to 12. The same day of arriving the room that they had assigned us when they accompanied us, we opened the door and ... room flooded. At the time of being there they give us another surprise room, dirty room. At 2 a.m., the day afternoon we complain, and they change us to a junior suit. We think look what good Worse We called the agency to change our hotel. I do not recommend GENS.

Disgust

I was in a family at the end of June 2017 hotel full of thugs at 2am scandal and mess in the hallways food recycling breakfast salt the unwashed towels the embarrassing hotel avoided.
