No climate, no state hotel, no maintenance, poor little boy, the dinner menu is infected it's raw, the pasta doesn't cook the vegetables too, the staff at the antipathetic restaurant, I don't advise, the door leads to the beach closed at 6pm we have to turn around to get back to the hotel

The staff is nice at Najah e Dorsaf, but the hotel is far from downtown, disgusting food, running water,

A horrible experience. Not at all recommended. Lack of hygiene, horrible food, unclean restaurant, reckless personel, unprofessional service, no hot water, disfunctional AC, dirty rooms, no shampoo or soap, leaking water from the roof in the reception, dirty garden (empty beer bottles, trash,..) etc

Horrible experience in a no star hotel. 

Catastrophic hotel catering service No one in the tasty account I paid 200 e is inadmissible for 2 nights that deserves a pointed zero!

It's a decline.

A hotel that doesn't even deserve 3* rooms without air conditioning service horrible restaurant room zero shower I advise you not to choose this hotel unfortunately a bad stay.......

The Disaster

Unfortunately a sharp deterioration compared to last year. Having spent good times with family in this hotel in July 2020, I preferred to do the same thing again without hesitation but in vain!!!??? The nightmare started with the two security officers (impolis) at the entrance to the hotel who asked me to wait outside with my family and a 3-month-old baby under the sun (40°) while I showed them the voucher (EB Travel). - The young receptionist Rita, very friendly, I told her the situation, he was understanding and professional. The stuff is very friendly and helpful and animations team is very funny supportive 
I really loved the place
I advice any one who thinks to come to hurghada it’s the best place and food was very delicious

Very good place ti spend the vacation

A catastrophic night starting with the reception with a lady who never smiles, the wet and dirty room 0 comfort in the corridors of the maggot everywhere it seems there is no housewife. the green pool that hasn't been cleaned for 3 days because the person who took care of it is gone. On the edge of the pool you will find all kinds of garbage of maggot, paper, cups... such a hotel of course you will find an inedible food. The animation is not bad but only one animator because the others have left too.. finally I think we should review its 3 stars..

It's horrible.

I made the right choice to choose this hotel for a family stay from July 9th to 12th. First I was well informed by the E B Travel agency team (especially Chayma) and then I headed to the hotel! the health protocol applied well from the entrance of the hotel by a professional security team. The room, food, the hotel in general is fine. I thank the restaurant team very much for their efforts. I greet the animation team (Oussama, Rita & Jiji) and Mrs. Accommodation Director for their kindness! without forgetting the General Manager, an omnipresent gentleman who has spoiled us the Mbecse party and the Bar!

A total deterioration this hotel its two years is good but now it is bad I advise not to visit even the service there nothing to do with four etoils ubication is far the cartridge land and the beach no access

Bad hotel

After a long trip you spend three hours getting a room, and often it catastrophe, if you claim and insist you'll get another one tomorrow or three nights!
