We booked Jasmine villa for a one nighr stay. We were looking for a transit hotel. We chose this place based on the pictures we found online.

There is some difference between the pictures and what the place has to offer. However, the room was fine, but you could see that the entire yard is pretty old and the interiors were a bit dirty. It was a clear sign of massive usage. However, the bedsheets were clean and the mattresses were pretty good. 

The pool was clean as compared to the pictures I saw here on TripAdvisor.

Indeed the gardner doesn't speak English. But use a translation app. 

Pleasant trnasit stay

Since the price I really didn't expect this kind of service, the house is old, old furniture, one night we were staying in another establishment because no more disposal on site and ns we were relocating late the next day dc we lost 1 day vacation! pb de clim, phone manager no listening, pb with laundry. 110m2 planned at the time of booking and 50m2 barely in place in the apartment.

disappointed and upset

The pool is green, we've been here since morning, but we haven't even settled in till the evening! We only got our room at 5:00 p.m. The woman took the money and just walked away, never answering our questions again when we'll be able to settle in your room. Everything is broken and dirty! Stay away from this place if you don't want to spoil your vacation!

It's awful.

We had booked through Booking.com... when we arrived today we were very disappointed and wanted to leave the villa immediately... everything unhygienic... hair in bed... smell in the WC EG... unclean... not to recommend... nor food leftovers in the grill on the terrace... absolutely not to recommend.

Total NoGo is not recommended.

Horrible place and would advise everyone avoid at all cost.  Pool is unsanitary and the owners are unresponsive once you pay.  I had ants in the house. Dogs roaming the property and the power went out multiple times. Much nicer places for the money and better locations as well.

Horrible experience and would never return.

An old hotel, in need of a major repair. A pool with a chemical. An aspiring housekeeper, asked not to write on Booking that we lived with her. There was no internet in the house, only in the territory. We didn't settle for a long time, after a night flight we just fell off our feet.

Remains of former luxury

We went to this spot for my husbands birthday, and we really appreciated the quaint and special features of the property. The pool was too cold to swim in, and surrounding area needed some TLC and the grass cut! However we decided to BBQ as this was on the the facilities included in the price of the property. While making the BBQ the owner’s mother came screaming at us to move the bbq to an exposed area. I refused as it was not safe. So the owners mothers  decided to take matters in her own hands and move our BBQ to a tiled area of the property! I moved it back, but in the process, a piece of lit coal burnt my right foot! She then decided to Call the police!!?? God knows why, but anyway we continued to BBQ knowing well within our rights we were allowed to and we were not disturbing anyone. The owners mother had 3 dogs tied to steel chains barking and trying to escape during our time there. This was heartbreaking and annoying. The old lady really ruined this holiday for us and on that basis and her calling the police because we had a BBQ in the bbq area, has left a bitter Taste in our mouths. We were very pleased to see you again. We were very pleased to recommend you. We especially liked the situation and the special care provided by the owner.

It's a lovely memory.

This was my worst vacation! The pictures are deceiving! Everything is old and rotten, mold on the walls, broken climate and much more!! It's a clean getaway!

Please don't book!!

Not sure how this place works. But my review is on Vila Mel. I arrived to a gardener who could not speak English and took my money (no receipt) and could give no contact details. So I walked round and found a lady who,told me the owner was in a house over there. So l knocked on door and spoke to an English lady. Booking.com advertised this as en-suite two bedroom superior villa. There was no en suite. And no minibar what they mean is a fridge. The other hotel we booked said minibar but they mean a fridge. The villa was being cleaned so we had to wait. The Gardner went and got us some sun beds and had watered down the patio area. This villa is about 10 mins from calis beach. It was comfortable for,the four of us. The kitchen had odd cutlery, glasses and did not have much items in it. We had a pleasant stay for three nights. The first night was very noisy however. Our villa was clean, comfortable and bed linen good. The second day the pool was cleaned and gardening was being done. Nice plot in its days and with some care could be again. Had to ask gardener where to drop key. Lack of management is our main issue. No WiFi Most times.
