This was the most modern hotel that we stayed in during our trip to Southern Turkey.  Contrary to several reviews, we had great hot water in the shower, adequate toiletries, and a good WIFI connection. We do agree, however, that the room was HOT. We could use the AC to cool it down, but when it is only 22 c during the day, it was a surprise. The noise from the very busy street outside means you cannot sleep with the windows open, unless you could sleep through an asteroid crash.

The staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok and the location is good for walking the old town.

A modern hotel with temperature issues

Hotel located in the center of Gaziantep, what you can see in the photos is the real thing, it is at the height of a 4 star Spain, both the boy who carried our suitcases and the reception staff a 10, we need to change currency and we were exchanged for Euro Lira without commissions, GRACIAS.

It is 100% recommended.

The hotel is renovated from the top to bottom. Perfect rooms, very well isolated for the noise. Perfect staff and delicious meals of the hotel 's restaurant as well. The hotel is in the center of the town , accessible to most of the places of interest.They provide travel arrangements via travel agencies as well.

PERFECT RENOVATION

I stayed two days at this hotel, but afterwards, I was very disappointed, old hotel, unattended to the smallest detail, dirty balcony full of cigarettes, comfortable hotel in the city, but nothing more, poor breakfast, canceled for another trip here, nothing more to add.

Old structure

I've been coming to this hotel for 20 years and I love it, I've tried beautiful new hotels in various industrial areas, but nothing has the spirit of the Kaleli: > the bus from the airport picks you off at 30 meters! > no one speaks English, but everyone tries to help you > breakfast is not international, but Turkish with salted cheese, olive cucumbers.. > the rooms are 60s style > it's in the center 15 minutes' walk from the castle

The spirit of Gaziantep

Hotel with central location, next to the typical shopping streets of the Turkish town. Not pretentious, but considering the low cost, the room is clean and hospitable, restaurant and breakfast not exciting. Free WiFi but bad.

Just for work...

While this hotel was comfortable for a one night stay, with good size room and good choice at breakfast, the location was very noisy.
The hotel is very near a mosque and situated on a busy road junction. This would not have been a major problem had the a/c had worked. As the room was too hot to sleep, we had to open the window. The street noise continued until the early hours and the call to prayers woke us at 4am.
If you intend to stay here don't forget the ear plugs.

This well-located hotel offers quality service at a price that defies competition. The staff is also very friendly. Note: free carrier, breakfast included in the fare, daily change of clothes, well-equipped room. I would say it's almost 4 stars!!! Do not hesitate to stay in this hotel. You won't have any bad surprises.

Excellent value for money.

If you are looking for a place to sleep in Gaziantep, I highly recommend Kaleli Hotel. It has a very convenient location as it is very close to the city center. Our rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was below average. Also, we ordered Turkish coffee after the breakfast, which is gratis in most hotels, but they charged us for it (which is totally fine, just a little odd). 

I'm giving it 5 stars because it had everything I looked for in a hotel: cheap, conveniently located, clean.

great location

We left the yunus hotel to come to the Kaleli hotel. The rooms are spacious, well equipped (comfortable mattresses and pillows, powerful shower jet) and very clean. They have a small balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast buffet is correct. There is also a car park. Single room 70TL / double 90TL.
