Voyage Turkbuku

The first day of the tour is a very clean one with big divorces on the ceiling. The hotel is a very clean one, at best, to tears, honestly. What to start with... everything is fine: the hotel hall is the first crash - everything is very modest and economical, you get caught up in it not only in the level of the tour, but in the, excuse me, 3* on a hot tour - the lobby is not particularly clean with big divorces on the ceiling.

The Turkbykyu ride is full of OTTOY

Having been to Turkey more than 50 times, we for the first time have seen such disorder in a hotel with this kind of price tag. 

Where to even start ... will go in order on every aspect:

- the lobby of the hotel is the first bad impression - everything looks shabby and of a 3* quality and nothing resembles a luxury 5* “Voyage” branded hotel
- the lobby bar is next & again another disappointment. It’s not very clean, large stains cover the ceiling.  Everything is empty and dead, the atmosphere is completely mute as well as the lack of people anyway 
- WiFi ... if there any? None in the rooms ... & imagining there would be no WiFi in 2021 in a 5 * hotel is not something I thought I would ever see. It remains a constant issues with bad signal throughout the entire property.
- The beach is small. There is barely enough room for everyone. The sun loungers on the pier are already taken by 8 am - yet another discomfort on your vacation.
-The beach water goes up to the waist max & you need to go to the end of the pier if you want any sort of a swim.
  - The staff is a further shocks... Nobody speaks English & thus any request at the reception is a huge problem with translators and pictures being the one way. The restaurant staff are a delight, they try their best and you can see they work to the max.
 - Guest relay is a complete disgrace.  Their attitude is the height of non-professionalism & a “we do not care attitude”. We have never seen such a thing ... when they tell us that they know about problems, laugh and shrug their shoulders saying that they can’t do anything for us and & the same story goes for the reception.
 - Hotel grounds - a further disappointment ... with a strangely located pool area, a 25m2 gym & that’s about it. The Rooms, restaurant & the small lobby - that's the whole hotel infrastructure. 
- The room ... ours was so-so .. but even here it wasn’t without problems.  Hair dryer is like in an old 19’s hotel. The dressing gowns had to be asked for.. the wifi - once again - I’m speechless, but it’s a shock that I still can’t come to my senses about it. Must I even mention the lack of Irons - not even on request, once again shocking for 5 *.
- The evening shows are just live music - the hotel is very quiet. There is no animation what so ever - no classes, no nothing. 
 - Food is one of the little rays of positiveness.  The food is all similar but a good offering.

In summary - go elsewhere- your money can get you soooo much better thank this. Don’t repeat our mistakes.

After 50 times in Turkey this stands as our worst visit

I'll tell you right away that I got into this hotel by accident. You don't even realize you're in the reception. You don't have the same name, you don't have a big hall, there's a couple of people sitting there with barbed wire and everything. Next room is a nightmare.

I'm not advising anyone.

I was at tis hotel 8 days  ago with my sister.I liked the kind staff and clean room .The food was number one and so delicious.The beach and water was so clean you can swim with small fish.Very clean water to swim I highly recomend  it.I will definitly spend my vacation next year again.

Dream vacation come true

Overall the hotel is very good, I stayed with my two kids (6months and 3 years old) and the highlight of the hotel was that it was kids friendly. Additionally I eat dairy free,  I asked them for coconut or almond milk and they didn’t have, but I talked to Tansu one of the ladies at the restaurant and she solved the issue and got for me next day coconut milk, btw Tansu was always there and help me a lot with my wishes. The rest of the staff were also very polite, some of them didn’t speak english but it was not a problem because they search always for the staff that speaks english to facilitate the communication or we just used signs and it was ok! 
Cons:
- no kettle in the room
-no warm drinks in mini bar
- no cloth iron available
Pros:
-kids friendly ( playground, diapers for free, baby food for free, sterilization bottles)
-nice staff 
-nice food

We have been here for 10 years and are always satisfied. The weather, the sea, the hotel is unique. The service is good. The food tastes good. The bay is beautiful. All the staff are very hardworking. Especially the director Mr. Asil Uzdil is always approachable and always finds a solution.

It's a great vacation.

Just a hotel resting little black dot for kids but it's okay thank you Selcuk for being there (he's a person who works downstairs) a beautiful spot for more personal rooms I feel like a prince here

A very good hotel.

Hotel is located at the one of the most beautiful spot in Bodrum. Location called TURKBUKU. Hotel seems old and standart room given to us is terrible. You can see the photos uploaded. This is my second time at thls hotel but first time our room was better end better.  In door amenities are enough. You can find bath fibre , tooth brush many things. Minibar is equipped well. Wine, beer etc.  many things. I think because of high season, hotel is overbooked because finding table at main restaurant or sun beds on the beach is hard. I recommend you to wake up early. Staff is so friendly, they do bot know the word ‘NO’ Overall service quality is high but facilty needs a big renovation.

7 Nights In Bodrum 2021

We really loved the hotel, the personnel, the behavior of the personnel especially was great.. they were very helpful and ki d to us all the time.. the service at the beach, at the pool, at the restaurant was beyond my expectations.. The food also was good too so as a sum up we will come here next year again:)
The barmen was very good at his job and prepared very delicious cocktails every night:)
