It was the worst hotel I had ever experienced. Very rude staff who did not value the guests at all. Worst of all, the hotel manager rudely responded to the hotel's shortcomings instead of apologizing and correcting the shortcomings. And he did not refrain from any insults. This behavior was really unbearable. The hotel food was really junk. The rooms were very dirty and smelly. The toilets were unacceptably dirty. The hotel was located in a remote area and we had very difficult access. In general, all the services of this hotel were very poor and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone in any way.

A terrible stay

My wife and i stayed at this hotel for one night, location of hotel so bad , ugly  space, food was terrible , personel and manager was so impolite .the room was terrible ,the worst 5 stars hotel that i have ever seen .

Terrible hotel

Hi Everyone. 

I've been here 2 times and this year will be the 3rd occasion. 
I guess that the vast majority of the reviewers were expecting something more. 
I'm also a timeshare owner of one of the apartments. Since this complex is mostly apartment hotel you will experience every bit of it. You are mainly on you own, but that's the hole point on the apartment life. If you want you can get food service, but if you prefer cooking yourself instead of the hotel service you can do that too. 
I really like this hotel, I'm a Hungarian and maybe that is why the turkish people are more friendly to us than to others. The food for us was great we were only asking for full pension not for the exclusive one. Nice big apartment, but if you plan to stay here than rent a car, since that is the most efficient way to travel around. 

I'll write an up to date review when I arrive back home this year.

If you know what to expect you will not be disappointed

It's a good hotel, if you don't want to lose your shape, if you're cooking, if you only paid for the hotel, if you want everything included, no problem 4 swimming pools, water park, but the hotel is just old and quiet!

The Ort

Most unwelcoming welcome we've ever had in this incredible country. 
As soon as we produced our passports, the smile changed and everything was too much trouble. 
We were dumped as far out of the way as possible. 
The bathroom was gopping. 
Ive kipped down in more comfortable trenches. 
Breakfast was okay. 
It was a relief to exit via the dead dogs on the track outside the complex (and I'm not kidding). 
Seriously, don't bother. 
A first class dump!

If you're a Brit, don't bother. 

We stayed for a week, very badly maintained, some places are dirty, old, not enough staff for maintenance, a pity because the hotel is well located, lots of swimming pools, Kusadasi is a beautiful city to avoid!

I'm too old.

Large apartments. The Toilet/Bath were of well equipped. However, tap water had a strange odour it - oily. Staff were helpful, but communication was a problem - not English speaking. Approach road needed extensive repairs. By now, I hope they have rectified the problems...

Kusadasi

A very popular Turkish destination so very few English tourists. However we found everyone very friendly, many keen to try out their English and say hello. Breakfast choices not great but food excellent at other times. Staff speak English well enough to help you. Had no trouble getting taxis and coaches to places and shuttle driver went out of his way to make sure we got into Aqualand and got taken back, very helpful. Pools clean, rooms large and adequate. Typical Mediterranean holiday complete with Animation team, so evening entertainment sometimes not good.

Not for the needy traveller but very good for the independants

Hotel its self is nice.clean kids slides dangerous no safty rails on little kids slides all the steps to all yhe pools loose and look like they are going to break at any moment .food is disgusting.ive been to many hotels in kusadasi and this is the worst food ever.im not picky and my husband is turkish and even he thinks the food is disgusting .thankgod there is a big supermarket close by to buy food from.lovely pools rooms ok but think twice pack plenty of dnacks you will be needing them
