At the end of our stay in Turkey, we stayed three nights in this hotel. We have no notes to make, neither on the rooms, nor on the bathroom (the hairdryer was malfunctioning and they replaced it as soon as we reported it), nor on the buffet breakfast, nor on the other common areas.
It remains to say about the location. The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is pleasantly modern, although rather anonymous. It's not very central; but for example the Grand Bazaar is within walking distance.
The T1 tramway stop - which quickly takes you to many of Istanbul's main sights - is very close. The Yenikapi station of Marmaray (the underwater metro that leads to the Asian part of the city) is further away - but still walkable.

Satisfactory hotel, quite well located for visiting the city.

The hotel has been recently renovated, I say completely renovated, the reception, the common areas the rooms It deserves a four star plus. Superb location near the Aksaray and Lalili tram stations as well as beyond the metro station that leads to Taksim. It is more than excellent.

Hotel with an interesting quality/price ratio. Located a few stops from the main attractions or, alternatively, with 20-30 minutes of pleasant walking.

Well positioned

The hotel is simple but clean, rooms and bathrooms are not very large but with all the amenities, Wi-Fi, plenty of breakfast, very friendly and available staff, strategic location, you can walk to Aksaray metro in 10 minutes, the Grand Bazaar in 10 minutes and the Sultanahmet district in 20 minutes.

Comfort and Kindness

Terrible smell in bathrooms, water came out of the shower.  Tub in bathroom too high and small space.  Dirty and smelly carpet in the rooms.  I tried 2 rooms.  Excellent free breakfast. Personnel was very friendly.  

Bad smell

In the cold of the year, they turn off the heating batteries at night and have to turn on the electric heater, which is not enough for the cold of winter, so we froze, they preferred to pay the room in dollars, even though I came from Ankara and had only one lira with me, so I paid in lira, which caused their dissatisfaction and then a friendly smile disappeared from their faces.

I don 't recommend it in the cold season.

It's a nice, family-friendly hotel. It's very cozy and clean. It's very convenient for transportation and attractions. It's in general. But the most pleasant thing for us was the staff, the reception staff. I had a birthday party and I got a wonderful surprise.

Good hotel, average, clean, good for a short vacation. Breakfast is good even with little sweetness. The reception staff are very available and friendly. The main attractions are easily accessible by public transport but also on foot with a good 20-minute walk.

night in Istanbul

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights with friends the rooms are small but clean (for the Turkish standard). The gentleman at the reception is kind. Breakfast is not recommended, orange juice went wrong, coffee and you are bad, the food is nothing extraordinary. But I recommend it to those who should make a short stop in Istanbul because it is very close to the center.

Discrete

The rooms, furnished a bit retro, have quite comfortable beds and the bathroom is clean; breakfast is not of high quality but is very varied based on local tradition (i.e. salty, almost completely devoid of sweets).
