We stayed nearly a week,
And it was the best decision we could have made. Very centrally and conveniently located, clean and comfortable and quiet; I see some previous people have complained about how loud the streets are, but they now have double paned windows so it is silent at nights. The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly helpful, and many of them became friends by the end of our stay. Their breakfast on the rooftop terrace cannot be beat!

A warm and friendly sanctuary in the bustle of Istanbul.

Central location in Kadikoy, Asian side (Restaurants, bars...) not far from shuttle departures from the Bosphorus to Europe, near the Terminus Metro from Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Asia, very easy to transfer (+- 50'). Beautiful private sdb room with fridge, water, kettle, coffee, tea. Heating, air conditioning, internet connection. Possible noises, nighttime (holidays) and morning (muezzin). View of any room. Various self-service breakfast on the top floor with terrace (beautiful view). Pleasant staff. Good quality ratio/x.

We had the windows facing the inside garden so mo noise at all. Though the area is very loudly usually.

We are couple and stay 4 nights in hotel. Its located in the middle of kadikoy. Near to bahariye, moda park and sea, antik stores. Easy access to metro, bus, ferry
Its clean with property conditions & facilitie good breakfast.
But it doesnt have lift or property loby aria for wait and sit

In the heart of kadikoy

The hotel is quiet, clean, and comfortable. It has a big terrace with an amazing view. The staff and the owner are very polite, nice, and they will always help you, especially with the luggage. My suggestion, definitely.

We stayed one night here and it was wonderful, large room for a great price. Warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean, friendly service. The buffet breakfast was great.Check in was seamless. Complimentary water provided in the room. Fabulous location.We will definitely return.

Fabulous romantic getaway

The area is very good, close to Moda, full of restaurants. If you want a quiet room, this is not the place for you. The staff helps IF requested, and that’s it. I constantly had the feeling it’s a family business and not exactly professional. They (personnel) are fairly nice, but most times we arrived the person responsible for the reception at the moment was out smoking (seems to be something ok in turkey), or talking to friends outside or playing online battle games on the hotel PC. 

The shower head barely works, the internet is non existent! You can’t even use it for WhatsApp!!! Cleaning is average, and the breakfast is ok. There’s no lift, and if you don’t ask for help, you’ll have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself. There’s no view of the river from the terrace as advertised...you see buildings on buildings (still a nice view, just not what they say) and theeeen a little bit of it maybe. 

We wouldn’t stay at this hotel again because there’s a horrible smell coming from the bathroom like someone had been smoking in there right before we got in...and it’s a non-smoking room. The smell is so strong I had trouble sleeping and had to open the windows (though it was around 7C at night).

I don’t understand the “fabulous” rating 

This small hotel is in the heart of Kadikoy. It is surrounded by restaurants, shops and pedestrian streets. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is perfect. The reception is very nice and warm. It is a very good value for money. We loved this authentic neighborhood and living near buses, subways and boats to cross the Bosphorus.

It's a great hotel.

Great location for a city trip to Istanbul on the Asian side in the popular Kadiköy neighborhood, wherever something is going on. We were here for New Year's Eve and it was great and we liked it very well. The breakfast and the terrace are also great. We like to come back. The hotel remains one of our favorite hotels in the area.

Perfect starting position

This small hotel is in the thick of the action of Kadiköy (Moda). Spotlessly clean, extremely friendly and staff going out of their way to help you. My room was quite big with en suite that had recently been given a nip and a tuck. Nice and quiet with the occasional distant yells from the crowds below. (Hey, but this isn't a cemetery – it's bustling Kadiköy!) Breakfast room quite nice with a super view and a decent choice of food. All this at a price which is amazing.
P.S. If you can't climb stairs, it's a no go.
