The place is in a nice position to move on foot in the center, very close to a thousand typical restaurants and more touristy local. Spacious room, with small equipped kitchen, with some shortage (type lacks strofinaccio to dry dishes / panels, and there is no flat school). Some finishing of the room are a little to see, but overall the room is very spacious and quite quiet. Nice bathroom, with all the occasional. There is also wi-fi. At the reception is not always someone who speaks English. Last note, if you arrive in a car equipped patience because the aisles are tight and crowded, full of unique senses.

In the heart of Alsancak

The hotel is situated in a quiet road so guaranteed a good nights sleep, yet still close to the bars and shopping areas.  The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.  The reception staff were very professional efficiet and friendly.  We booked a breakfast which was fresh & delicious.  We will most certainly be back.  Thank you

We stayed for 1 week in the hotel apart and were very amazing. We felt like at home. The conditions were all perfect. Comfortable!! Heating and full internet completed. The staff was very kind and welcomed us very well. I would definitely suggest it.. 

AMAZING SUIT

My mother and me have been here for 20 nights,they have a daily house keeping.you could use their breakfast in your room by paying 60tl per person.
Hotel's location was perfect,you can go throughout the city with public transport and you are in major touristic spot of izmir.
Their room is clean(studio room). The room have  an electric kettle, dinnerware and electric stove.

Good location

Have paid 15€ per night, unbeatable for a suite. Breakfast available 25lira mega location, restaurants and bars near parking difficult, but parking for 50 lira a day 50 meters further. We would definitely come back to town and hotel

The staff were really nice. The room is big, the bed big and really comfortable. Great shower.
Little kitchen area with tea and coffee facilities. 
Dont be put off by the street outside.
It's a bit of a scruffy back street but turn left and in two minutes you are in a great lane of cafes and coffee shops.  At the end of that you're right in the middle of the pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants.. 
If I was being really picky I would ask that they have one English channel on the TV please😁

Great hotel great value.

We stayed overnight at this property. Its bang on the city centre with many eating options nearby. Its in a lane so we had some difficulty maneuvering our Benz Van in the lanes. There was a paid parking option nearby, so that helped.

The studio is well furnished and so is the kitchen. Unfortunately, they had started the heating option rather than the AC option which is centralised. Hence, the room was TOO warm for us. It was quite uncomfortable. 
Otherwise, everything was great.

I suggest, they should have a curtain option for the washroom as it is quite transparent when the lights are switched ON inside.

Interesting place

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, speaks good English, listens attentively, understands what you want to find in the city, writes on paper sheets in Turkish, which you show to any citizen and he ticks in the right direction. Not all interesting places in Izmir are on the Internet.

Excellent apartment hotel in Izmir

It was the worst experience ever, our room was on the 4th floor and they don't have elevator, even they did not inform us before, the ventilation of the bathroom pull all the smell of cigarette from the smoking area of the lobby. the room is extremely small and the shower room also. they start the construction on the second day of our stay, without any awareness in advance, at the time we were out of the hotel, then when we came back we crossed a big cloud of dust to reach our room and it was the surprise !!!!! all the room full of dust and our clothes included( picture attached), we got crazy. we went to the responsible person of this Hotel to complain about that, the result was that he did not take our complain in consideration even, for him he has right to do his construction when ever he wants, so we required to change the room to more expensive one, but he said that the hotel is full, I couldn't believe that he has been doing construction when the hotel is full. so as a result we changed the hotel and he did not even provide any other solution, and we lost 2 night payment. I don't recommend this awful place at all.

The worst place ever

We had reserved two 1+1 apartments and were pleased that they were the only rooms on the same floor - it gave us a bit more privacy. We opted for the no breakfast option which I think is much more sensible given the vast array of shops and supermarkets near the aparthotel. Within 5-10 minutes of walking, you can reach the Kordon, shopping street (Kibris Sehitleri) and the train/tram station. Ferah, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and hospitable during our entire stay. She even arranged and found us a private shuttle for a day trip to Alaçatı at a very competitive price, which I really did appreciate. The only issue I had was one of the air-conditions worked weakly in one of our rooms, which made the bedroom extremely hot during the night. Other than that, I will definitely be returning to Apart Hotel Alsancak should I visit İzmir again.
