This hotel is now closed. It has been taken over by a lovely family new name is Ventum Apart. They do not offer all inclusive but just B&B. We found this out by accident when we arrived on 05/07/2019 to book into our all inclusive holiday at Club Dena! Just waiting now to see where/if we are going to be put in another hotel for the remainder of our holiday. Ventum Apart staff have been great gave us rooms (we had to pay) but they could of turned us away at 4am. I would recommend Ventum Apart and rate the room, pool and staff 5*! My rating is for Ventum Apart not club dena.

I wouldn’t even give this hotel a rating, it’s beyond terrible... have complained and will continue to take it further... here’s my reply from the hotel.... what an absolute joke...  
we ate out every single day, kids could not use the pool, electric and water cut off for 24 hours.

staff fighting... this hotel should not be open.... the rep would not help, infact his advise was if you get ill use our doctor here as it’s cheaper..

Horrendous  I'd not let my dog sleep here food all up the walls bare wires 1 choice  of food what was discussing   bar man putting vodka in my 14 year olds Orange swimming pool was green the place is ran by kids when you go to complain  they just laughed  a man called Adam said he was the hotel rep trying  sell you day trips 3x the cost  don't do it in no snob this place is minging

Absolutely horrible food was disgusting rooms were filthy and as for the pools holes in drainage which my mother slipped down on the first day. Staff were unhelpful and rude for example not even a hello and walking round casually spitting on the floor. One bonus the surrounding area was brilliant and will be coming back just not to club dena

Do not do it

I would urge anyone who is booked to go here please for your health rebook some where else, my child who was 4 contracted a rare strand of ecoli that could have potentially killed him, the staff fighting, pool is and was indeed green with tiles falling off, the kitchen is actually disgusting, there is no and I mean absolutely NO sense of basic hygiene used ever, a hose washing down things does not count the staff were hurrendous following young women leering, we were supposed to go for 2 weeks we stayed for 6 days because of how ill my family where and when we got home they were rushed straight into hospital and no one cared when we were there, the first room we got late at night was cockroach infested and we moved to a different room which was slightly better, it was dangerous rusted metal sticking up, we couldn't even lock balcony doors because it looked to have been previously broken into, objects went missing out of our room and stolen. I have loads of things I could carry on saying and I'm currently suing for all it's worth the treatment was one of a prisoner of war it was that bad I was peterifed to take my children swimming. Please do go here it need bulldozing

Don't do it, the food was bland barely edible, my room after being moved from original one (wouldnt keep a dog in that one ) was ok as was in new block, hopefully they have made some improvements, the staff were very unhelpful and stressed as dont think there was a happy customer in there

room b102 perfectly fine, staff were great, visited from 19 August for 10 days, pool was blue not green.

Room was cleaned every day, bed sheets changed every few days, toilet roll supplied every couple of days.

Food wasn't the best but salad was great, and always at least one thing hot that you could eat.

Its my fifth time in turkey, my partners first time.....he wants to go back.

Slide was on twice a day for at least an hour at a time, sometimes more if the pool was busy.

No police, no fights, not sure what some people are going on about. 

Can only speak for our room we had and the facilities. Close to beach and bars. 

For 310 pound for the room for 2 adults and 2 children all inclusive i would go again.

Beer did run out, but was back on in 10 minutes once the delivery arrived.

Avoid! Terrible hotel!! Took my children here as the photos on Teletext looked lovely! How wrong was I!! Awful food, sickness and diarrhoea for 3 days after trying once! Hotel room falling to bits, couldn’t even have a shower as this was broken and on the floor! Management wouldn’t fix and we had to spend 2 weeks here! Ended up propping the shower head up on a nail with cable ties! Cockroaches walking about day and night, smelly broken sinks and make shift kitchen areas full of old sticky fat and grease with extractor fan and no cooker? WTF??? Broken balcony, rusty chairs, broken door handles, curtains falling down, no air con, beds ‘well’ if that’s what you call them were dirty and in desperate need of replacing!! Holes in walls and doors, no lights worked except the mirror light neither did the plug sockets!! Pools were green apparently due to pumps being broken for 7 days! Did finally fix this but this was on day 8 of our holiday! Water slide only on for 5 mins here and there! Pool area very dangerous for adults and children as broken tiles, broken filter guards right round the pool, broken tiles in the pool, dirt and rubbish in pools. Food areas filthy!! Broken plates, broken tables and chairs, food cold and left out hours before anyone can go and eat it with no heating underneath to keep at correct temperature! Do not eat here!!! Reception staff not helpful at all neither was the manager or holiday rep! Asked to be moved within the first hour of being there but it was Turkish holidays so all hotels were fully booked! Some bar staff were nice but others weren’t. Nice guy in the SPA as he seemed to sort out all of the fights between staff! Horrendous!! Police there most nights, people crying and arguing with staff due to the state of the hotel when they first arrive! Not good for children as nothing to do whatsoever! We spend all of our time out and about until we had to go back! We also ate out every day! Avoid!!!!! Avoid!!!!!!

HOTEL NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN ASAP
having booked through a online company and only at time having reviews from earliest 2016 we thought all problems and complaints would have been resolved, how wrong were we... Where do we start food was awful, food on floor dirty not enough food for guests or plates or cutlery glasses etc. Dirty all of hotel, cats on tables in kitchen, no light in hallway and on stairs. There was food dishes left throughout hotel full of ants throughout hotel dogs also coming into hotel. Pool was green filter broken for 3 days. Staff didn't listen to complaints and couldn't understand guests with there complaints hose used to fill water dispencer up for guest to drink ran out of drinks pop beer. Dirty shopping trolley used to carry everything including rubbish with the dishes that were supposed to be cleaned. Missing guards on edge of pool daughter nearly snapped her leg as she didn't realise it was there, tiles were broken or missing around hotel. Disabled ramps no grips on or on stairs.alot of groups of random Turkish coming and going who weren't staying in hotel. Groups of staff fighting arguing every night. Hotel room doors broken holes in doors door frames hanging off dirty beds sheets and also ripped. Ate out everyday although booked all inclusive as health and safety for food and pure state of hotel. Staff actually think hotel going to be 4 star next year how wrong are they I wouldn't even give it a one its that bad.. For breakfast urgh soggy chips and unwashed lettuce olives some sort of feta cheese. Feel sorry for one cleaner she had to do whole hotel whilst others sat in shade like rest of staff and she wasn't given right cleaning materials to do her job but she did at least try to make it look presentable even though it was bad. Handles on doors coming off nothing to use to make anything in rooms with food being bad. Worst holiday ever...... Ps no kettle as promised

SHUT IT DOWN

In no case take this hotel. the owner is bankrupt, taxes are not paid, because of this the lights are always turned off. as a result of which there is no beer in the bar the air conditioners do not work. in the kitchen dirt and shit like in some warehouse. food is cooked by very young Turks, almost children. beer in the bar periodically runs out (closes) very sorry to have chosen this hotel. such a mess to remember for a lifetime!
