I was looking for a budget hotel in the center of Samsun for 3 days. I chose Amisos. Very happy. Large, clean room, daily cleaning. The staff is friendly, friendly and attentive. All my wishes were taken into account. I had a smoking room (it was indicated in the description), on the 5th floor, very convenient for me. Although I smoke icos, but I wouldn't want to break the rules, and so everything is great. The staff speaks English and Turkish.

Nice hotel.

The hotel's location and the low price for the quality offered. Very satisfied: a clean room, with light-impermeable curtains, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower cab - all as needed. Half an hour by taxi from the airport. A good place to stroll. Wi-Fi from the hotel reaches the bench in the park opposite. Behind the park is the central street: tram stops, buses. Near the sea - the central indoor market (extensive). A good walk along the shore.

Good hotel with an incredible view! City centre,easy walk and tram ride to anywhere and everywhere. It has a whole market and restaurants behind it. By far the best hotel in Samsun. Food is good and the service as well. Opposite the Statue of Honor and the Ataturk parki. Beautiful view from the room.


Good hotel!!

This hotel is just poor. Wifi is very weak inside the room so you have to stick near the door to get a good signal. I had to leave my laptop near the door connected and used it as a hotspot broadcasting another Wifi to get a good signal on the bed. TV is small and only Turkish channels, staff do not speak English and i do not speak Turkish so i had troubles communicating with them. The shower drainer is bad and doesn't drain the water it needs to be unclogged. The lights in the room were poor and most of the lamps were not working. Breakfast was okay. The only good thing i can say about this hotel is it's location. Otherwise i definitely not recommend it.

Poor hotel

An excellent hotel where there is great service and everything is clean, the food is great and the location near the beach having several bars and restaurants by the sea, easy access such as bus, van and metro if you have the patience to walk a bit is also great. Details Brazilians are very welcome. I recommend the hotel

That's great.

I was in the hotel for one night on 25 July 2013. The room is large, however: only one towel for hands and one for shower. No one TV channel in a language other than Turkish. Wi fi internet connection very weak, I could connect via skype but e-mail connection was mostly unmanageable. Air conditioning not functioning (in Summer it is not really ideal....). Buffet for breakfast fitting to 3 stars hotel (generous judgment)- I am surprised to have read a positive reception on breakfast buffet in this site, perhaps now the buffet was so poor because of Ramazan (Ramadan)?
If you do not use the lift and prefer internal stairs, at night these are enlighted with red leds like in a night club...  
My overall appreciation of this hotel is very poor and I do not advise you to stay there.

I do not advise this hotel, not a 5 stars one

My wife and I stayed at the Amisos for a night on our way through Samsun to Amasya in September. This is a businessman's hotel -- it's very clean and comfortable and reasonably up to date. It also has the biggest breakfast buffet I've seen in my life, served on the top floor with a fantastic view over the city and the Black Sea. Valet parking at no charge, in a garage beneath the hotel that is locked overnight. The staff is young, courteous, and very friendly and eager to please.

The hotel is a must for every traveler! Very luxurious and lovely full staff! You can express every wish there and it will be fulfilled! I can only recommend the hotel to you! Very clean and super delicious food! Super service people, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful! come from Stuttgart and I will make my next vacation back there! thank you!

This is a great hotel.

Nice unpretentious hotel with available and prepared staff, room quite spacious and clean, bathroom has a large shower with no sink, room with safe deposit box, fridge bar, satellite TV and wifi internet connection, international buffet breakfast
