We have been regular guests since 2002 and 14x at Defne-Star. Although over time we have become more and more disadvantaged (number of staff, efficiency of the climate system, fuel in all soft drinks, mosquito plague as opposed to earlier, completely unattended palms, as opposed to the neighbouring hotels, more and more obviously more unpretentious guests from Eastern Europe, etc.) we have been seen as regular guests over many things, because it was still a nice vacation under the strait.

After 21 years, no more Defne hotels: 5.4 out of 6 stars, you're blacklisted as unwanted guest

This hotel is simply inferior. Everything in the lodge looks old and worn out, the renovations have obviously been carried out half-heartedly for a long time. Here, every corner is saved wherever possible. The restaurant is an excuse  a huge, smelly dining room. The coarse, sweaty-smelling waitresses wear dirty clothes and one should better avoid their dishes, as they could get a drink. Old third-class hotel

After a telephone call with Alltours, we were told that we were looking forward to a nice stay. Only then came the big surprise. The third time it's no longer desirable

Older hotel and smaller but with atmosphere. Nice placed at good coast and close to antic Side . Room good equippend and staff was perfect in bar and in restaurant. Drinks in glass. Meal not something extra but taste well. Only omlet at breakfast from not fresh eggs and ham also bad. Good view at sea side from room and restaurant. Only - too much loud and stupid animation!

Good choose for SIDE

The hotel is located on an incredibly beautiful, flat-falling sandy beach. The premises are well maintained and clean, the rooms are large and brightly furnished. All rooms have shower, balcony, refrigerator (every day fresh rarely in the refrigerator) safe and TV with German programs. The food offers a rich selection of fresh and delicious dishes. Every day at least two different varieties of meat and freshly grilled fish.

It's a great hotel.

The hotel is really nice and very big. Everything is going very well. The beds are reserved for you by the pool or the sea with the room number. For this you just have to pick up the number from the bathmaster. The beds are then reserved for the whole vacation. They can have advantages and disadvantages. Everyone as they like. Great hotel with little extras.

One or THE most beautiful area in the area. Direct beachside on a beautiful flat sloping stretch of beach. Separated only by the 3 meter wide promenade from the beach. On this really beautiful promenade you can comfortably stroll to Side. The garden area is very spacious and offers many quiet corners. Pools and facilities very well maintained. There was nothing to paint at all. We had a family room with direct sea views and had nothing to worry about. The food selection is repeated of course, because of the variety of dishes you can eat something very different, even if you're cheerful. The food and service at the restaurant are very spacious. Thank you very much for the early morning service.

Ideal for a quiet holiday without loud music, the staff was nice, you can feel comfortable under the many green areas in the hotel area. The beach was also beautiful.

Satisfaction

The hotel is beautiful, especially the outdoor setting and the stand is great. The staff is very friendly. During breakfast you have to pay extra for the orange juice, which is a shame considering that the oranges grow locally. The food is good but little variation. After a week, each day is similar to the other in terms of food selection, which is a big drawback. At dinner, the staff is very stressed and there is too little staff and the service manager does not help in this difficult situation, they are only there to monitor and complain if something doesn't go around.

Very nice large facility, age-appropriate facilities, large rooms and beds, family room with connecting door, direct beach access, delicious food with a large pool, lots of funnels, quiet, all friendly and welcoming, restaurant with a solid table layout, lots of trees...
