If you want your plans to collapse, go to the hutor. Two months before the event, I personally came to the hutor, discussed with the administrator what we needed: a cottage where you can hold a mob for a company of 15 people, chose one. discussed that for this purpose you need a table with 15 seats, that you don't need the service of a restaurant, all the bar - alcohol to be removed. In two months I was told all right, I asked when we should pay - they said 10 days before, for the cottage 4500.

We came to the city of Dnepr for three days. It all started with the fact that they forgot that we had a settlement and our room was occupied from today, they fought and eventually settled into a friend's house in the same complex only in the cottage.

Ham service

Air conditioning is practically non-working, you open the window, the music is rusty, you can't sleep. The price-quality doesn't match.

It's a terrible service.

The room is hot. The air conditioning is loud, it's not working. The minibar is empty, there's no water, there's no towel for the feet. The price is happy. The shower is broken.

Not exactly clean around here.

We order Ukrainian dishes in this restaurant, everything is very tasty - salsa of several kinds, various snacks, sandwiches, meat and fish. For some reason they are worse off with the dishes from the test - branches and varenica)). With the wines, the choice is small, and the waiters don't always know what they have for champagne or wine (brut, semi-dried, etc.). The waiters are quite frenetic and welcoming. The live music in the evenings is quite loud, but many visitors obviously like dancing to it.

A restaurant in Ukrainian style

We stayed in the standard room in April 2018 with a young man, the administration was friendly and attentive. In the same building there was a restaurant, but there was no neighbors or anyone or anything in our room personally. RIGHT: 1) Price - agree the price of 750 UAH per day for a comfortable spacious room is a find, especially with such a beautiful well-kept area on the river bank, there are places to relax, generally get out of the room and get aesthetic pleasure, 2) Having a room is a good bed, a private bathroom, instead of a TV, a desk, a single blanket, a magazine table, a hot tub, etc.

For that money, it was our best bet.

The surroundings have an undoubted charm, along the river with some very monastic cottages for dining. But there are no praises. The spirit of the room is unmanageable, impossible to graduate, a cabin from 15 years ago that worked fatal. The carpets of the pleistocene, with all the accumulated smells. The breakfast is not a buffet era and takes an eternity to serve. Wifi ok and personal very friendly.

Urgent renovation is needed!

The location of this hotel is excellent.  It is easily accessible by Marshrutka #119/19 not far from Pobeda.  Altough it is right in the city it feel like a peaceful countryside setting.  It is certainly quaint, cute and very Ukrainian.  The views of the river are spectacular and worth the stay. Just across the street is a large grocery store for your snacking pleasures.

The reasons for the lower ranking, the building is old and I found every floor to be off level.   The beds were lumpy and old, and needed replacing badly.  The bathroom was adequate, but nothing special, I found discarded waste from the last customer.

Great Location

The location of this hotel is great!  Easy access from the #119/19 Marshrutka right in the city, but feels like you are miles away in a country setting.  The hotel is small, and the rooms look out over the Dniper river, absolutely magical sunrises -  fantastic view!  The old world feel of the hotel and restaurant must be experienced.  Less than a 5 minute walk to a major grocery store for all your snacking needs!.

My complaints are the building is old, the floors are not exactly level, and the bed was very lumpy and needed a new mattress.  A poor sleep immediately gets a lower star rating in my books.

Excellent location

I'll tell you my friends about the impressions of this wonderful place: I arrived in Dnepr on a business trip for two days. The time of arrival is about 20 hours. I met the administrator at the entrance, we showed the documents began to be processed (the payment went through Tickets UA), it looked like a bomb site, on the river bank, like clean and cozy, just outside the main building of EBACHIT music (my friends are EBACHIT and it doesn't sound). They're already sitting in some kind of a rusty courtyard on water, the size of 5*4 m. at one third of the entrance is a corridor.
