Dirty weekends for 5500 UAH! The road is terrible, the anti-sanitary (in the cockroach house) food will be delivered in 2 hours. At night the rude visitors are not allowed to sleep, and the guard is inactive! The receptionist doesn't even want to apologize! In no way do I recommend!!!

In the photo the area looks much better, in reality a lot of webs and dirty on the terraces. The description states a mini-kitchen, but no one mentioned that there are no tiles, and with the children it's already a problem. Take a multivark with you. There is a teapot and a refrigerator, the only thing that pleased you. Prices in the restaurant are high. In the restaurant on the water terrace is dirty. There are not many staff, waitresses in the house wait a long time. In the house 2+2 only one bedding, for the second surcharge of 300 UAH, that's too much.

I didn't like the service. It's terrible for that kind of money.

If you turn off the critic mode and turn on the rest at home mode, it was great:-) The fancy complex, like a family vacation, a very thoughtful area, there's everything you need for rest, a restaurant, a great beach, fishing, a mangal area, a boat, children's entertainment, boundless nature, there's a place to go for a walk and ride a bike, on the adjacent base there's a kayak and a shop with everything you need. The apartments and the houses are great. The administrator and the waitress Natasha are at the top. The kids feel like they're in a camp, they're getting to know each other, they're getting their own water, the area is closed.

Family complex

This year, we rented a house three times (in the last few years, 6-7 times). Everything was nice. But there's one nuance if you're having an event at the base - expect a complete lack of interest from the staff, all the strength there. And if this year, the first two times we felt the service like a good Turkish five, then the third time we went to the corporate...and unfortunately it all happened again.

I've been with friends in this complex. What can I say, the villa is cool, modest, terraced. The driveway is just awful, 20 minutes to drive like this. Now about the sad. The guard Yuri (like that's his name) doesn't know how to behave, communicates with you, thinks he's the boss, apparently. He constantly threatened to call me after 11:00, when we turned on the music for the evening.

They can ruin your rest.

The administration can't handle the staff. The administrator told us that they'd only serve in an hour because the cook was upset, although the waiter was referring to the banquet, of course there was no banquet on the territory. Few people will tell you that there's no way to this establishment and you're going to go very far, and when you get there you won't be satisfied with the quality of service.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

The comfort corner outside the city

The hotel, the restaurant, everything is very good. But the staff manages to devaluate all these investments to 0. In the restaurant they ordered a porridge and a slice of lettuce with cream, in the porridge they brought a single piece of meat, cold, it is impossible to eat, salt and salt it is difficult to call, the cream is the same. How can you spoil such simple dishes???????. I don't recommend anyone to go there.
