To say that this place is disgusting is to say nothing. The population is fast, but it's because the rooms aren't cleaned properly. All the furniture is messy, old and too much. All the furniture is dusty and unwashed. In the bathroom there are mushrooms, the toilet is messy, the towels are loose and with holes. In the closet there are two hangers, there are wires all over the place. But that's not all. When the sheets were growing, we just died. They were in blood. When I went to the reception drain, they explained to me in a sham uniform that it was rust, not blood. And that the sheets and the pillow were clean and they refused to take them away from me.

The hotel is very popular because it's not expensive, and you can get to the center quickly by public transport. Cozy rooms. TEMPLE rooms. It was not bad short stay. I spend there two nights while it was not easy to find it. Sophie at the reception was friendly and helpful. They need to improve their Wi-Fi. Also, to add additional blanket specially in winter time.

Acceptable Motel

The hotel is located within 20 minutes walking distance of the train station, but you have to know the road... the room is nice, comfortable, everything is good, shoes, dresses. Because the two-seater room is all in two copies. There are glasses and a teapot. The rooms resemble many other hotels in Lviv where I stayed. Eating in a nearby restaurant. The quality of the dishes is quite good, the prices are quite acceptable.

Two days at the lake

I've waited a long time for the waiter, the little ones on the tables, it's bad, the dirty glasses, the fork and the knife too, they've been ordering for a long time, they've been ordering the turnips and the salads, they've brought the coffee, then the turnips, then the salads, they can't.

The rooms are clean and cozy, we were afraid that it would be quite cool in the room in the winter, but it turned out to be very warm. The room has everything necessary, very polite staff. It is worth noting separately the delicious dishes of the restaurant that are served right in the room and their prices, which are pleasantly surprising. The rooms are only eight, so it is quiet and cozy here.

It's a very nice hotel, the best value for money.

The coolest hotel in Lviv! 2-3 kms far from the city center (but you can take the masrhutka (yellow bus) just out from the hotel). Rooms are so so so big, very cool, and very beautiful. All looks like new. The hotel is small, near the resturant (same name) and the staff is perfect. And the last thing: the prices are so good. remember, come here when you'll be in Lviv!

A beautiful place!

Although the staff didn't speak English at all, all the staff were kind and available. We contacted the google translator. Breakfast was not included and cost 40 uah per person. The only problem is that no sweet pieces were present in the seven menus. The facility is about 4 km from the heart of Lviv but is easily reached on foot in about 50 minutes, or by bus 17 that stops in front of the hotel. The ticket cost is only 2uah. It's worth it. The rooms are huge, clean and well furnished.

Residence at L'IVV

We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Went with my partner and, having arrived in the morning 10ish, we were very welcomed at the reception - our room was just being finished. Whilst waiting (no more than 10 min), we chatted to the host and were given a lot of tips on our stay in Lviv - from what to see to where to eat.
The room itself was great - quite spacious, very well renovated (as well as the whole hotel) and very modern - it also had some cutlery should you wish to bring food. For the given price, the room was much more than we expected. It is also air conditioned.

We did not use the hotel's catering facilities, but just by the hotel there is a great restaurant, which serves very nice and fresh food at amazingly attractive prices (for about 14 EUR we got 2 salads, 2 soups, 3 main courses and drinks). 

The 'lake' is not really a lake, but more of an artificial pond - still nice to look at it, though you can't see it from the hotel.

The only downside of the hotel is that its located a bit out of town centre, so to get to the centre you need to either take a bus or call the cab. At the same time, price of the cab to the town centre is around 20-25 UAH (2 EUR), so this is not a huge problem.

Overall, would recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again on the next visit to Lviv - great value!
