Avoid..Avoid..this hotel. Though this hotel is in a good location, the hotel rooms are old. Very recently I happen to stay and I find the maintenance very very poor. The water heater/geaser does not work, the air conditioning does not work properly, toilet flushes are worst, not enough water pressure at bath shower, TV channel programs are pathetic, visible insets/cockroaches in the cupboards. Though the staff are aware of these issue, they hide and still book rooms. When matter is complained, the hotel staff response is NOT friendly and their attitude is like "stay or get out". Since the rooms are old, the maintenance is very very poor and all patched up temporarily. 
Room makeup and change of towels is once in 2-3 days and that too if requested, else the hotel does not bother. The kitchenette are not clean and stains visible inside microwave oven, fridge and around kitchen area. Sincerely, please avoid this hotel.

Rooms are a bit run down and old. While the bedroom of the suite was ok, the living room had a dirty sofa, and the bathroom had waterlogging problems. Wifi was slow and service was also below par. Overall not great.

Not great

The only thing 'ok' about this place is the wifi at the living room. The rest of it are awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 
- The apartment is dirty and smells. It has lots of little cockroaches. 
- The bathroom is dirty, stinky and slippery. Water run very slow.
- Kitchen drainage is leaking. Whenever we open the water tap, dirty water will flows (up?) to the kitchen floor. So kithen floor always have puddle of water.
- Washing machine is provided but no dryer and no place to hang the cloths at all.
- Stove is there but no cooking utensil at all.
- Access card only given 1 and always need to recharge daily which they did not do. We always need to go up & down to get the card working and actually open the door. 
- Cleaning schedule is every alternate day but only done when requested.
- Extra bed is just a very thin (~5cm) and dirty mat. Blankets are smelly.
- TV only have 3 channel
- Fridge is not cold. Even the cockroaches are alive inside. 
- Booked via travel agent for $280/nite. I think 2 bedroom with that kind of condition is overpriced. If it wasn't prepaid, we would have looked for other place.
