What a wonderful place to stop for a few nights. A very friendly warm welcome and a beautiful room with large ensuite. Everywhere beautifully decorated and extremely clean, with homely touches. Lovely breakfast with a good choice, certainly sets you up for the day! Bus stop just outside 30 min ride to Princes Street, ideal, a frequent service. Highly recommended.



A little gem!!

Cannot fault this place, lovely big modern room, beautifully decorated. Comfortable large bed, good shower. Wifi, no noise, good tv reception and an amazing breakfast. The hosts were so full of information, we went into Edinburgh on the bus as advised. Bus stop just outside, so easy. Good pub at the end of the road with lovely food. We will be staying here again, if only there were more like this one.

Possibly the nicest b&b we have stayed in.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is good too, but the localitazion is horrible, I believed that we will stay near to centre. ...and I wronged! !! We spended 30 or 40 minutes in the way. The clean is good too

An option to visit Edinburgh and avoid parking problems.

We had a large room with a very large comfortable bed. The ensuite was also a good size. Everthing was imaculate and the decor was relaxing. The towels were changed every day and everything was provided that you might need ie iron, ironing board, hairdrier, shower gel, liquid soap, tea, coffee and biscuits. We were on a main road but it was very quiet. Jan was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
There is a bus stop just outside and the buses run frequently and also through the night if you are coming in late. There is an app which tells you times of buses and if they are running late which was very useful. Prices are reasonable but you do need the correct money, as no change is given.It takes half an hour to get into Edinburgh.
After the busyness of the city it was nice to relax in a guesthouse a bit outside. We would certainly stay again as we do intend to come up for the festival in the future.

Lovely B & B

Great bed and breakfast. Very clean and welcoming. Large room at the front of the house that was comfortable and quiet. Stayed for just one night and travelled into Edinburgh on the bus. Stop is just outside and buses are frequent day and into the night. It does take 30 minutes on the bus. Breakfast was very good I would stay here again. 

Great overnight stay

This B&B is relatively close to Edinburgh by bus.It was our last stop after 15 days of driving.We parked it there and took the bus.The owner was very attentive and indicated how to move around the area.The room was very large and comfortable and the breakfast (Scottish breakfast) was spectacular.

A good option to visit Edinburgh

The owner is a very nice person, always trying to help us in whatever way he could, the room was very nice, clean, as new, nice, very nice... a pity for the breakfast that we couldn't enjoy, since we had to run out to catch the return flight.

It is excellent.

Located on the outskirts of Edinburgh (Currie) this excellent B&B is run by a very kind Scottish couple who made us feel like home right away. The rooms were just renovated, spacious and clean. The Scottish breakfast is definitely plentiful and of good quality. Also a few metres from the door there is a bus stop to Edinburgh that passes every 10 minutes. What's more, if you want to visit the city or if you're just passing through this B&B is ideal!
