This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 until 21:00 daily. After check-in hours, reception will no longer be available. Some rooms are located in basement. When booking three or more rooms, the booking is nonrefundable and requires full payment in advance. For the lost key between 9PM to 9AM (when reception is closed) Guest will pay £100 call out fee.
