We stayed in this hotel for three days. The structure is unstable, the staff is unkind and available. The peripheral position, unsecured. We were assigned a room in the basement, where there was not even Wi-Fi. The rooms are small, dirty, scattered, never cleaned up. The bathroom furnishings were falling apart (even the toilet table), the towels were never changed. Showering exposed to the risk of lightning. The windows on the street are not equipped with upholstery, so you're in front of all the people who sleep there. The bad smell reigns in the structure, partly the fault of the carpet that also absorbs all the fluidity.

It's a bad thing to avoid!

The room was almost impossible to sleep with the noise of cars and people passing by, you can also hear the footsteps of people from upstairs, it seems like the roof is collapsing with each step. A tiny bathroom to sit on the toilet cup you have to put on your side if you don't risk hitting your knees against the wall, and then the really ugly thing is that sheets- dry in three days never changed, no room cleaning I wouldn't recommend to anyone this hotel you'd rather spend 50 more but at least find a decent place to sleep.

The bunker room

The hotel is very noisy from the street, you don't sleep well, and it has curtains where the sun goes right into the room in the morning and there are no blinds or closets or anything.

It sucks.

I've been staying here for a week and I've never changed the 3 towels they gave us, and they never made the bed and/or changed the sheets...some areas of the hallway carpet are flooded and in the evening I found beer bottles in the stairs... the bathroom was all in balance and everything you touched was in your hands... the most ridiculous thing was the presence of stains on the sheets... the good bus stop that leaves you in front of the hotel from Soundford... the price was 60 pairs a night) so maybe you'd be better off at that price.. reseption was arranged and disorganized... no more than 1-2 nights, you can't do that.

Just bed and shower.

The staff was almost always bored and spoiled, unprepared for dialogue and understanding. The cleanliness, the fixing, the dirt all over the hotel. Starting from the smelly moisture carpet. In the room the sheets were dirty, the bathroom linens were just as dirty and in 5 nights it was never, never changed. Not to mention the faucet, practically all broken, you had to be careful not to break it any more. Even the infissies were broken, they didn't seal the outside room, so the security was equal to 0.

Unpleasant staff, we didn't have the room we booked but a much smaller one without being reimbursed for the difference and in the basement, and to get it we had to fight for an hour, because they refused to give us our room despite the documents provided and the bank transfer made proving the reservation. Worse, we were three reservations in the same situation... lunch in the nonexistent ad.
