Horribly Unclean, Please Don’t Stay Here. I stayed here for one night from 8th-9th July 2023. Unfortunately the room was very unclean, toilet paper and a shower gel stuck between the gap in the window?! Dirt on the shelving area and tissue paper on the floor? Do you have a cleaner, because if you do, they need sacking. Not worth the £50 I paid to stay here, it was tiny too, like staying in a prison cell!!

Don’t Bother Staying Here, Move On To Another Hotel.

This is NOT a hotel it is more like a prison cell, the bed was hard the shower was tiny the toilet was outside the room, this room was not big enough for 3 people you couldnt  even fit 3 people in the room how this is called a hotel indo not know! More like an experience in a prison! We didnt even stay here we paid more money out for another hotel down the road which was absolutely brilliant! 
DO NOT BOOK HERE TO STAY! 

Worst hotel I've stayed in!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to, for the price you will think you’ll be getting something good. Pictures were not how the place looked. To be honest this place looked like a prison, smell was awful, bed was broken. Had to leave as soon as possible and booked another hotel. Lost money but couldn’t stay here at all!!!!

Terrible hotel DO NOT COME HERE

I always believe  you have to show your kids how hard life really is. So we came to the famed Hartley for a scared straight type of vibe.  Boy did they deliver my kids haven’t said one word in the last month complaining about anything.  Thank you to the good counselors at the Hartley.

The person or the organisation allowed this place to even to have the title, 'Hotel' needs their heads examined. The Worst 'hotel' I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like a toilet, when complained at the reception they offered me a spray air freshener to mask the bad odor and at the same time poison my lungs with those chemicals. The walls and the ceiling must be constructed from a very cheap material as I could hear every word the people saying next to me as well as above. Had I known I would have gone to stay in a hostel in central London instead even if it meant sharing the room with others..  Please avoid this place like a plague!

This place cannot be classed as a Hotel

Cob webs on the wall, mold in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, really noisy at night, sink dirty, furniture broken, windows filthy with dirt and mold and cracked wall.
They always get the orders wrong with English breakfast, terrible eggs.
DO NOT COME HERE!

Disgusting rooms,smelly

Expensive for area, very expensive for what you get. Free parking. Rooms are dull, shower and bathroom disgusting with mold and stains. Pillows when taken out the case are covered in black mold. Floor boards peeling up in room causing injury to feet. Radiators in rooms don't work so they have to give you electric heaters. Electrical system in hotel shoddy. Stains on walls. Strong smell of cannabis beyond the odd person using....

AVOID

The staff are ok. However, the rooms were disgusting. The smell was very bad and loads of dust in and around the skirting boards and floor. The bathroom smelled of mold. The sheets were clean though. 

The noise after 11:00pm was awful. Staff need to put a stop to that. I was on a business trip and needed to get up early. It went on until about 3am.

Needs Health Inspection

My boss booked this hotel/prison
 for one night after a 15hr drive around the UK i was shattered wanted a hot shower and a nice clean bed but what I got was far from it. 
Little to my knowledge my boss booked it without looking on here for the amazing reviews. As I tired man I just said I need sleep so it had to do. 
Things this place needs 
Paint 
Mold removed 
New carpets new everything really 
And need a no canibis rule lol
I dint stay for breakfast after looking and staying in the room was thinking same hygiene high standard was in the kitchen. 
So all in all if your tired and need a place to sleep sleep in your vehicle or in the street or a night in the police station over the road would be nicer

I've stayed x three nights with friends in this facility I have to say mokto deprived located in a very degraded Indian neighborhood in fact the facility is run by Indians in my opinion discouraged if you're in a couple with a woman if you're lucky enough to book the room with bathroom you have to use those in common, the facility and fatiguing breakfast is very scarce so that the two days succ to overnight we decided to take it out of Stratford station you can easily reach it by bus the only positive note that is well served.
