Made booking at this property thru Booking.com and cancelled within the stipulated period which allowed for 100% refund. Property charged my credit card full amount within 3 days of the booking. Cancellation T&C state that refund time is 10 to 15 days once posted. It has been over 45 days since i cancelled & i still have not received my refund despite several communications with the property & booking.com. Finally 10 days ago book.com informs me that the property has refunded the amount. In the meantime I have had to pay my credit card company for the booking which i never availed. So please be very careful with this property whilst making your booking. Neither has the property nor booking.com compensated me for the out of pocket cost.

Refund not credited for more than 45 days

The apartment is very spacious for 2 people. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (there is only one table missing in the kitchen). The living/dining room is comfortable with two couches for 2 people. It is a 5-minute walk from the Aldgate subway and the Tower of London, 10 minutes from the Tower-Bridge. It is very easy to dine or drink a good beer in the neighbourhood (I recommend the Hung Drawn & Quarter pub a minute from the Tower of London, and the Thai Square restaurant.

That's perfect.

A very clean loft, very well located, and quite luxurious: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower), no keys to keep (a code to enter, ideal!), a living room on the ground floor, with a huge and fully equipped kitchen, hyper-fast wifi... in short.... for a very affordable price, you have a perfect accommodation in London (two steps from the Tower of London).

This is an extraordinary loft.

I stayed from 18 to 24 August 2015 in the duplex apartment (two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is in a private room) with my boyfriend and another couple. We found a clean, ordered environment. So far everything is fine. Then, on the first day, around the evening, I got an email from them. They told me that the next morning a plumbing would come causing a problem to the piping of one of the bathrooms. So they wrote me not to use the bathroom. So it was (why strange, just as soon as the bathroom arrived... they certainly knew that the bathroom had a problem the next night, so after visiting the plumbing, when we came back to the bathroom, we found on the second email the adjective shower cabin is empty of water (see below).

Clean environment, good location... but broken bathroom and no staff assistance!

We rented the duplex apartment for 5 (an extra bed had been prepared in the living room + 2 bedrooms). The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, and very well located, with access to the tower hill station in less than 10 minutes, and a starbuck just downstairs for breakfast among the city's businessmen and women. There was also a well-equipped kitchen.
