Excellent area to get very close to the city centre and the Buckinham Palace, you have near the train station, metro, tours, the hotel is very convenient alone that has no elevator and there is to load up to 4 floors with as suitcases, the breakfast very good but simple and limited, but a medium square has a supermarket that you will find everything you need and at a good price, the area is full of beautiful places to enjoy them, would like to get to the hotel belgravia, your staff is always friendly.

- Staff are so rude and threatening 
- Room is mouldy and dirty 
- Hairs in the bed as well as bed bugs
- Mould all over the bathroom

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE- AVOID !!

AVOID- ABSOLUTELY VILE

By far the most unpleasant owner I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He is incredibly patronising and quick to resort to shouting when the argument is not going his way.
I felt compelled to write this due to how the owner reacted to the COVID-19 outbreak. After the PM had announced the lockdown, the manager attempted to argue that 'travel was not banned', meaning our contract was still valid. Whilst I understand these times cannot be easy for his business, to attempt to defy the law on the grounds my booking was 'non-refundable' seems to me an appalling way to act.
Eventually getting my refund was like getting blood from a stone.

Used this hotel to store luggage for a few hours only (through Nannybags).
Would definitely use again and would recommend to friends. Felt our bags were safe in their storage.  
Easy and straight forward drop off and pick up. No issues. 
Hotel short walk from Victoria station.  Seemed a nice location. Not sure what the hotel would be like to stay in, it had the look of a UK seaside B&B. But please take staff.

Hotel only a short walk from the Victoria Station so really convenient for our extremely short stay of 2 days. Staff extremely helpful. We had a quadruple room in the basement but room extremely clean and no hint of humidity so definitely thumbs up for this hotel.

Great location, great staff with great service

Excellent location and facilities. Personal with a friendly attention and check in and check out super express. The price with breakfast included me seemed super logical. Very clean and tidy. The breakfast was super varied. Imperdible.

The Best

The hotel's rooms are located on a very quiet street two steps from Victoria station, where you can take all the means you want. Behind the hotel there are 2 very interesting pubs, however the area is very rich. The hotel is ok also the staff, the only bad note is the breakfasts, unfortunately there is little, low quality, but especially while you are having breakfast you will see the staff using the dishwasher and making food in the same room where you are. The coffee machine was also broken. Last time there was ammonia smell.

Central position, room OK. But the rest leaves to be desired.

There's just Euston Street to go through, small room but everything is there, space is optimized, noisy enough at night, the water flows (shower, toilet), hotel acceptable for a short stay.

A very big strong point: location

The hotel room is good, the rooms are clean, but very small, the two rooms are very small, you can barely move around, the bed is small, the breakfast includes only Continental, the price of English Breakfast is £6 (it's not worth it), the coffee is not very good, but the price is right.

It's a great hotel to stop and see the city, it's close to everything, and the subway is nearby and the train station. It's a little noisy if the windows are out. But you drown in the daytime, so it's a small breakfast.
