I stayed overnight in this hotel due to flight connection at LHR and paid only around £32, which was the cheapest I could find around LHR. This hotel is very standard and basic, just like all other Travelodge in the UK. Room was basic, no air-conditioning (be aware if you stay in summer), with kettle and tea/ coffee. The room was not new, but clean and double bed very comfortable for sleeping.

To get to this hotel from/ to LHR, you can take public bus (number 111) from Heathrow Central Bus Station. The stop is Northfield Road and from there, walk back to Phoenix Way and it takes around 10 minutes to the hotel. To get back to the airport, take the bus 111 from the stop on the opposite side. Buses are very frequent and run overnight and costs £1.75 using contact less bank card or oyster card. I arrived late at night (after 10:30pm) and there was basically very dark and no people around on the street when walking to the hotel, but still felt safe. If you have large luggage, better take taxi.

This hotel may serve as alternative hotel to more expensive hotels near LHR, if you are on budget. However, it is not the most convenient one to get to especially if you have luggage or in terrible weather.

The stay at Heston was nice and peaceful.  Good reception.  Friendly and cooperative. I will stay again. 

Pleasant Stay

I Booked this tarvelodge as the website said it had been newly refurbished. This was simply not true. The bathrooms have been very cheaply refurbished. They do not comapre to the same priced Holiday Inn and  Premier Inn. The rooms were terrible with large stains on the carpet and a strong smell of air frreshner trying to mask the musty smell. 

Cheap and not looked after

We stayed for one night prior to an early morning flight from Heathrow. The hotel is tatty and scruffy with grubby carpets and fixtures. Not only that, we had to battle with flying ants throughout the night in the shower room and bedroom. Not a place to recommend.

Cheaper than Eastbound but a 10 mile round trip if traveling from the east. No access from maintenance road at rear of services for horwl guests. Free Parking if enter car registration but car park does get busy. Clean and basic decent rooms. Services has a decent range of food options with Greggs, Burger King, Costa, Small M&S and WH Smith but did also see some deliveries from usual providers. Lot of traffic coming and going but did not hear any of have this disturb stay. 
Buses do run from close by if wanted to travel without taking car and just a short walk from the maintenance entrance which was useful.
As mentioned at other travelodges was unable to connect to WiFi from windows laptop which is a problem with the provider so if business user make sure have alternative.

Reasonable price with basic rooms

Having to drive an extra 30 mins just to get to the hotel as phoenix lane access not allowed. Also watch out for the homeless scrounging for money in the carpark

My stay at the Travelodge was not a long stay I spent 6 hours there and I was comfortable, I had no complaints.

A bit of a faff getting there as you can only access from previous Jct so a long journey if arriving from the east. This does make it easy to get off if you need to as next Jct is only about half a mile away.

Handy for the airport.

Very good hotel. Located close to Heathrow T4 (10-15 minutes by taxi)
Clean rooms. Stayed upstairs, no noise. Bad is very comfortable, 2 pillows, very warm duvet.
If needed hair dryer - better ask in advance at reception.
Next to the hotel - Burger King, Greggs, Costa. Good choice for short stay.

Just a comment regarding a taxi - looks like mainly Uber drivers cannot find the location.
When booking the taxi, call driver thru app and check if they can get to the hotel. Otherwise you’ll need to go to Phoenix road.
