The Guesthouse was clean, warm and the staff were really friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast - with plenty of homemade goodies - was excellent. Room 3 was plenty big enough for the two of us and it was nice to have a couple of armchairs. Short walk into the centre of Margate, about 10 mins but plenty of supermarkets close by if needed. Would also recommend the Viking Way walk to Broadstairs. 

Short trip to Margate

Visiting friends in Margate and going to the Turner gallery, I was looking for something pleasant, not too expensive and close to the town centre. Warwick guest house is a couple of minutes from the sea front and a brisk 15 minute walk back to the high street, old town and Turner gallery. Its on a quiet residential street and as a result slept very well. There are several places to eat nearby on Northdown road.Lovely homemade breakfast with plenty of vegetarian choices - home made jam and marmalade, fresh mushrooms and tomatoes, fruit etc. Hosts very helpful in giving advice on where to eat and how to get about. The rooms are spacious with large windows. Excellent stay and would certainly recommend Warwick guest house when visiting Margate. 

Great bed and breakfast

We booked for a quick overnight stop as we were going to see a show at the Winter Gardens. What a great little find. We were already in Margate when we received a message a couple of hours early to say we could check in...lovely! When we arrived the welcome was warm and we'd been upgraded to the front room with a lovely roll top bath, we had a lovely relaxed afternoon getting ready for our evening. We were given good recommendations for the local area and went to the Lebanese restaurant recommended to us, which was also excellent. 

The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep, followed by a very tasty and large breakfast; the potato cakes are a must, as is the homemade marmalade. 

We will definitely be back, thank you!

Fabulous Find

We stayed for one night in this exquisite boutique B&B. It is such a beautiful house with original features and lovingly restored by the current owners. The softest of beds, with everything you could need and very quiet. A perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, do not miss the homemade potato cakes, out of this world. Beautifully cooked and first class ingredients. Topped off by homemade cakes. Wow ! We will be back.

One of the cutest places I had a pleasure to stay in. Great home made and fresh, organic breakfast, excellent customer service and “like home” feeling. Our host- Richard, was nothing than exceptional, super nice an helpful! Would recommend The Warwick to anyone!

Fantastic, quint and cozy B&B

We booked the room on booking. This guest house is excellent. Superb welcome, we had the largest room facing the street. The bunk is very comfortable and the bathroom has been refurbished in a mid-ancient mid-modern style that gives a lot of seal to the housing. Not to mention the succulent breakfast we had in the morning.

Great, I recommend it.

My sister and I arrived at the Warwick to a warm welcome and offer to carry our luggage to our room. The room was bright, clean with two very comfortable beds and gorgeous white bed linen. 
We took the very convenient Loop bus into Margate and after dinner walked back to the Warwick, about a fifteen minute walk. 
Breakfast on both mornings was delicious with really good coffee and a cooked breakfast made from excellent ingredients, especially the bacon and the slow roasted tomatoes.
We had some great suggestions of different places to visit and ideas for where to eat. 
A very relaxing break and we would not hesitate to return to the Warwick when in Margate.

A super stay in Cliftonville

As good as it gets! Beatifully decorated rooms, clean and bathed in natural light. A caring and professional host, splendid breakfast - homemade bread and cakes. Close to a the city center, but out of hearing distance. Hope to come back soon!

Stylish and cosy

Lovely guesthouse in great location in Cliftonville. It is perfectly located within a short walk of the town centre, but in a quiet residential area - and close to the coastal walk to Broadstairs which we enjoyed. Our room was very stylish, with a rollmop bath and antique furniture.

Owners were really friendly, and provided a fantastic breakfast a range of options - including amazing homemade bread and cakes! Great tips on local bars and restaurants to visit, and what to see and do in Margate.

Great guesthouse for a weekend in Margate!

Earned 5 stars within 30 seconds of waking through the door. Greeted by name and immediately upgraded to a bigger room because of a cancellation. 

Room was spacious and clean with a fantastic bathroom suite. Hosts were polite, friendly and on hand for any of our needs. But let's be honest the bit I was looking forward to, the breakfast.

All the reviews went on about the breakfast and they were not lying. Cooked to order with home made bread and jams I could have eaten three of them. And try the homemade potato cakes. I already miss them. 

Overall, top class BnB in a gorgeous house  out of the way of the main part of town so nice and quiet, just what we needed to get away from the city for a night. Wouldn't go anywhere else next time we are in Margate! 11/10
