My name is Dawn Cameron, I just want to let the girls at front desk know that I hope when they go thru violent domestic abuse or any traumatic experience (it will come one day)  and try to leave n start over being scared and stressed just need a place... that you get exactly what you've done for me.  Rude inconsiderate judgemental n should not be working in customer service.  You don't know me...but because I  have only one person to help me move to get away...you judge n kick me out.  I understand policy , get that. But the straight out judgment n being rude even cruel when I cried n said I had no where to go..because he was helping me...no.  I guess when something bad happens in ur life, I  hope you get exactly what you did for me...absolutely nothing..except to put me in the streets.  Karma girls karma it'll  be your turn sometime in your lives , doesn't have to be abuse..it could be ur  heath, your family  anything. I pray u get treated the way youve treated me.  Its like putting your mother in the streets  ( probably im almost old enough to be grandma) that make you feel good about yourselves.  I'm posting on the reviews on every site I see.  Thanks for absolutely nothing.   Even when paying on time being quiet minding my business...you all give me 2 days to get out not renew just cuz you feel like it.  I'm sure you don't even care, probably laughing, stupid rude judgmental little girls.   Maybe embarrass you or make you feel like a piece of  crap like you have to me..  of course rude judgemental girl won't even tell Me her name,. Paid all the money I had  and give me 2 days to get out.  And people wonder how there's so many homeless people on the streets, because of girls like you that think your so much better than all...your time will come ...you will need help...I hope everyone treats you the same way n I hope you remember  me saying this. Cuz that's what you will deserve.

Ride inconsiderate unprofessional

Really awful customer service.  Planned on long stay, but was told to leave.  Reason: I complained.  I'm not kidding, the bed in my room was sagging and I complained.  They flipped the mattress, but that didn't work so I asked again and was told to leave at the end of the week.   It's all right on the receipt 

Terrible management

I have lived here for 6 months.  It is inexpensive and close to  everything.  The units are clean  inside.   The side walks, stairs and terraces between the rooms are positively disgusting.  You would think they would wash them.

The front desk is very helpful.  

Would overall say this is one of the best places to stay near the strip.

It's OK

Initially when I moved in here I thought it would be a decent place me moving from Illinois to here, however day one the balcony door gave me issues and I asked for maintenance and his response was that was all we could do just make sure you open and close from the bottom ???? Tacky......I had to pay over $400 a week for this place and the last thing I expect is for the maintenance demeanor is terrible along with the customer service and the management. The roaches are HUGE and they only send someone out once a week.  The balcony where my room is is right over the garbage dumpster......Why so along with roaches IF the balcony does not close properly I am going to have giant fly coming in also. Then You are not going to call a parent of a child with ADHD and tell me that he went out of his was hollering hello to autistic child as if my sons disability is any lessor and tell me he was being ignorant well so was the person he was trying to speak to.  The management Ellie is terrible, she hangs up on you and they so called corporate number no one answers.  Customer service it terrible and it seems as all they care about is collecting money which is not a cheap location to stay in to deal with management with lack of customer service, empathy and manners.They also play game calling your room and hanging up ????

BEWARE

My room D360 has roaches. I should of took a picture to post but forgot and flushed it. Anyhow, they have one lady who comes by only once a week on Thursday to deal with them. I just found it today when I got back from work and it's Thursday so there telling me I have to wait 7 days until someone can come up here. I hate bugs so now I have to be uncomfortable for a week because I paid for an extra week. This place charges $345 a week. Be aware you are paying that much for a roach infestation at Manor suites.

Update: Here is another huge bug I found. They also told me they won't move me. Enjoy!

The place has roaches

My family stayed here for a week. Manager ellie has no customer service. If you are going to dnr someone at least have the courtesy to say something and not leave it up to the staff to do it. Lisa and Kati at the front desk were awesome. Anyone who stays here make sure u don't leave children under the age of 21 in the pool area even tho their pool sign says under the age of 12 alone.

Management

We stayed for one night while visiting Vegas. The room looked dated, but we decided to take a chance and save some money. Very big mistake! The bathroom had mold and horrible moulding around the floor (see photos). Asked for a different room and they informed us that they were full and could not move us. We tried to check out that night and they informed us that there are no refunds. So, we went back to the room and tried to make the best of it. Then it really got scary.. There were little bugs crawling round on the floor tile everywhere inside the room (see photos). We stay at hotels all over the country and have NEVER had his experience before. Management was condescending with a nasty demeanor. Kind of like dealing with a dope addict. Could not get straight answers from them accept the fact that there are no refunds, and they were full and could not move us. They didn't even offer to come and spray the bugs, or get rid of them for us. So, we killed the bugs off that we could see and slept with the lights on. This is Joke! Save yourself some grief and stay anywhere but here!

I went to meet a friend here and it doesn't seem all that great. It's near the strip so that's good but the traffic in this area is a bit much. They have nightly and weekly stays so that's good. But I don’t recommended coming here. There are other places in Las Vegas that feel safer and closer to the strip area. 

Visiting 

The American would say shithole to this suite. No WiFi. A real flophouse. Insufficient.

It's a shithole.

When you shop on the internet you find these suites that are actually like a motel. Smell mats and no facilities as promised in the ad. You can't get a meal. There's all the fridge and stove but nothing else. So if you want to go there you have to bring everything for cooking.
