Bath floor is rotten with mold. I got sick and had to take anti-biotics. 

I booked and paid for 3 weeks, but they only setup my card key for a week. Was locked out in the middle of the night. 

Staff don't get back to you.

This place is a health and safety risk.

There were always men at the entrance door loitering or keeping watch. Pit bull in the hallway.  Razor found by child in the bathroom.  I heard the outside door slam 20-30 times during the night (around 2am-4am).  The renovations did not include any repairs to the water damaged doors, door trim, or popcorn ceiling stains.  The frontdesk person who is also the housekeeping person was very courteous. No personnel on property after dark - I don't blame them, I didn't want to be here after dark either.  Walking distance from "Knights Library" bar and plenty of men loitering around the door. Bring your own soap and toiletries, there aren't even mini-versions available. Kitchen appliances but no kitchen items - no coffee pot, no mug, no spoon.

My stay at this place was almost identical to another reviewers', so I wont get heavy with the details. All I will add is that on the first day I checked in there were little ants crawling in the kitchen, I told the front desk and they scoffed at me and told me the room was cleaned but that they would put in an order for their "pest control" to come and check it out. I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies to take care of it and a few days later I see a train of ants crawling around floor, along the wall. Again, I go to the front and they tell me that I "need to not be so messy" which is absolutely unprofessional. I knew the ants would be a problem so i've been taking the necessary precautions to avoid this and instead of taking care of the issue they tell me that they will call their "pest control".... 

while it's been recently "renovated" it's like a bandaid barely covering all of their problems. this place is a sketchy ass dump with zero services. Not even the bare minimum like sweeping/vacuuming the floors.

Great for the money The room so great I have four walls window a closet and a bathroom this is living at its finest toilet  paper towels if only I had such a luxury at home all I have is it in house lots of friendly people running around inviting you to be friendly with them in the room I had a rip roaring good time be back soon

Great for the money

This hotel is a dump. My first clue was that the front desk would not check me into my room until I went up to look at it, and they retained my driver's license. On the way to my second floor room, the hallways reeked of smoke and strong food smells, the carpeting was filthy, baseboard was missing or falling off, and several room doors were open with people coming and going. When I entered room 208, it looked nothing like the pictures on the website ... tattered and torn and poorly patched carpeting, holes in the drapes and the upholstered furniture, nicks, deep scratches, and burn marks on the wood furniture and the bathroom countertop, the kitchen and bathroom ceramic tile floors were sticky and spattered with dried paint (apparently a new coat of white paint was put on without using drop cloths), there was burnt-on grease on the stovetop, the stainless steel kitchen sink was grimy, and the toilet bowl in the bathroom was so stained that I went out and bought toilet bowl cleaner before I would use it. When I went back to the front desk and told them that the condition of the room was unacceptable, they claimed the room had been cleaned and that they knew of the condition of the carpeting but that they were waiting for new carpeting to be delivered and installed. They told me they had no other rooms available, and since I had no reservation at another hotel, I was forced to stay there. They did discount the price in response to my complaints. Not only was the room disgusting, but there were unsavory characters hanging around in the lobby, the hallways, and the parking lot throughout the day and night. I'm a big, burly guy that no one in their right mind would mess with, but had I been a woman staying alone or had children, I would have feared for my safety. After a trip to buy cleaning supplies, I discovered the florescent ceiling light fixture in the kitchen was not working (burnt-out bulbs? I reported it, but nothing was done during my stay), and the TV remote control had dead batteries (they did replace them at the front desk). The front desk is closed overnight, so heaven help you if there is a problem, such as a lost room key (they gave me only one). When I returned to the hotel both evenings of my stay, there were Orange County Sheriff's Department cars in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel - apparently they know from prior experience to be there. There was no room service at all during my stay (I never saw any housekeeping staff), and they provided only two towels in the bathroom that were small and scratchy (fortunately I had my own larger towels in the car trunk). The bed linens were clean but of poor quality (thin and scratchy), and there was no mattress pad, just a fitted bottom sheet. The kitchen was serviceable, but no cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. were provided (again, fortunately, I came equipped with what I needed). I will never stay at this property again, despite its convenient location close to the UCF campus and near good restaurants and shopping. This hotel needs to be closed down for a total renovation and a 24/7 front desk is needed. If you arrive after 9:00 P.M. and before 9:00 A.M., no way to check into or out of your room!

Rebranded as In Town Suites Orlando UCF, but it's still disgusting!

Room smelled. Bed looked old in need of replacement and pillow cases were not changed before my arrival. Towels are old and in need of replacement.   Couple argued all night from 12 am to 3 am. It seems they lived there.
All in all will not recommend to anyone.

Horrible place to stay

My family and I booked here because we liked what we seen in the pictures, but pictures lie. The place was a mess no hot water, dirty towels, roaches everywhere and the staff was no help. when we called to make a complaint and finally was able to talk to the manager he  Literally while we were on the phone with him was charging our credit card stating we stayed in another room but had the receipt for the room we paid for. And that none of us was in that room. Mind you its been 5 days later when we were finally able to get him to talk to us when he was charging our card. He said he was going to refund it and had made a mistake. Damn right you did. And went on to say housekeeping cleans once a week and the towels were clean they just have stains. Umm no. Stay clear I can't say that enough if I hadn't paid for my room in advance I would've went somewhere else but they took the Money off my card the same day. And still was able to charge me 5days later. This place needs to be shut down.

Worst Hotel Ever. STAY FAR AWAY

Four is very spacious and pleasant, besides having a very comfortable mega-couple bed. This is my first time staying at this hotel and I've enjoyed it a lot and I certainly want to come back more often.
