I spent two nights at the end of April, during a group tour. It was the hotel I preferred, probably because of the central location. My clean and pleasant room, on the first floor, overlooked the domes of the covered market: beautiful.

What an amazing hotel. Right in the middle of the old walled city and surrounded by all the ancient monuments, shops and stalls. I joined a group tour and we were so well looked after. 
The rooms were a good size and had all the amenities one could wish for. 
The breakfasts made rising early well worthwhile. Such a choice of food. We had three nights here and loved every minute. 
Definitely recommend staying here. 

A wonderful break in Bukhara.

We arrived here as members of an ASA study tour group in Uzbekistan - fascinating place but for another day. The hotel we understand is a beautifully renovated old caravanserai.  From the reception through the rooms, breakfast & conference facilities this is a fabulous property.  The staff were delightful but the real surprise was when heading out for a wander one evening, I was confronted by people taking photographs as I came down the entrance steps.  I was assuming there must’ve been some celestial event happening in the night sky behind, but no, they were just capturing images of the very impressive facade - a fitting recognition of a terrific property.

Everything one could hope from a classic caravanserai

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the middle of the old trading area of Bukhara. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The best selection of food for breakfast outside of Tashkent.

The staff are helpful and courteous. 

Originally a caravansai, the hotel is beautifully decorated in Uzbek style.

Excellent conference room and facilities.

Fantastic place to Stay in Bukhara

The interior is preserved in the traditional oriental style and helps to immerse yourself in the culture and traditions of Bukhara. The hotel is located in the center of the old city, a few minutes from the main attractions.

Great hotel to stay in the old town.

Great hotel. In the historic center easily accessible. Great for evening walks. Cozy and clean. Large rooms (large double bed, 2 and a half meters wide). Satisfactory bathroom. Single room without windows and window door with curtains. Great and abundant breakfast.

Tour de France

A great, very beautiful hotel. Located a very short walk from the historical downtown, it offers spacious and well-appointed rooms (excellent beds, among other things), and terrific customer service. "Everything for the customer" is their motto, and they fully live up to it. I overslept after a redeye flight, and realizing I missed breakfast, the hotel staff knocked on my door inviting me to the restaurant where they provided a full morning meal. 
Overall, it was a great stay. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Bukara, excellent reception, clean and comfortable rooms, very clean and well equipped bathroom. Excellent and varied breakfast. Very convenient for visiting the city. Interesting and typical setting. Recommended!

Good experience.

The hotel is new and modern. The staffs are super nice and attentive, though only a few can fluently speak English yet they’re trying to serve and fulfill these needy guests :) 
Breakfast has lots option and the foods are also taste good.
Good location, close to many attractions by walking distance 


Lovely new hotel

Excellent new hotel 2019!. New furniture and fresh repairs!.. Great combination of European quality and service with eastern color.. Located in the very center of the old city, on the old pedestrian street. The food is also excellent. Breakfast is nothing short of 5 star hotels in Europe, but they have so beautifully added eastern dishes that you don't know where to stop!
