Very cozy and quiet hotel with all the necessary amenities. Located in the center, easily accessible, very convenient for business and tourist travel. There is a restaurant nearby. You can eat deliciously anytime. I always stay here.

# 1 in Hive

I have to be honest, our group of forty tourists found themselves quietly fine staying two nights at this hotel. Gentle and friendly staff, good cleaning, they gave us the password for the Wi-Fi that at least to me, it lasted two days.

Thanks to a local travel agent in Tashkent I got a room in this budget place which was good enough for me for a couple of nights. It is true that rooms, bathrooms and the furniture are basic and old but they are clean. The place is also found inside the old town of Khiva, so you can easily walk to all main tourist attractions and all existing restaurants. However, take with you a flashlight because the streets in Khiva are poorly illuminated at night (but don't be afraid, because Khiva -and Uzbekistan- is very safe).
In my opinion, the best features of this hotel are the breakfast and the nice, friendly and helpful staff. They are a nice family plus some kind and honest young employees. I keep really good memories of them because they helped me in everything they could (they speak English), so I would certainly stay here again.

Budget but very friendly people!

Nice location in a quiet part of the city, all within walking distance. Very clean, neat. Enjoyed breakfast. Satisfying and tasty! Rooms Mainly there is internet and it's free. Also pleasant that in the room all the laundry is made of cotton, no synthetics, and the bed is made of wood in general.

Nice and comfortable.

This is a budget hotel in the old Khiva.   Very good value for money.   Rooms are clean.  Beds are decent.  Staff is very friendly.   The Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms, only in the inner court and it was so so.
One minor complaint is that at times staff was a little too loud in the inner court.   Also they could be more organized, for example, we asked them to keep our melon in their fridge, next day we found out that half of it was eaten by somebody else.   To their credit, staff did give us a new melon.   
Despite the minor inconveniences, we had good experience.  People everywhere were genuinely happy to have foreign tourists.  We felt ourselves very safe.

Located in the old Khiva.  Friendly staff.  Good value for money.  Wi-Fi is so so.

The big boss is nice but drives rather businessman, so we lose a little authenticity... -small included dej and very copious, they can make nice picnic baskets. - Provide a torch lamp for nighttime returns, the alley is safe but frankly black...

Available and useful

Hotel boutique within the city walls of Khiva.Our room was simple and rustic, very spacious and comfortable, important that it had air conditioning given the terrible heat it was when we left. Very good wifi. Full breakfast in a relaxed outdoor environment. It has a separate restaurant from the hotel and a 20% discount for staying in it! It is a family hotel, the owner speaks very well English.

It's very beautiful.

We stayed in four person room which was small and old but clean.  One of the beds was a bit broken and all night long the lamp was flickering even though it was turned off. Sometimes water didn't flow from the tap in the bathroom.  For breakfast we go enough food and staff was friendly.  It's good enough accommodation for tourists looking for cheap accommodation.

Shabby accommodation but reliable and nice staff

The two-bedroom with a separate bathroom was booked through a booking. They settled in the wrong building that was in the picture (in the confines of the fortress, among dwellings), but it wasn't scary, because the room was clean and overlooking the street. The unpleasant settlement remained because of the settlement. We were asked to pay on a black course, when I refused, they hinted that we wouldn't be settled. Only after I said I would go to the booking, they met on the official course.

Problem with payment

The room is spacious, with two beds and a plasma (without refrigerator), but that's not what I wanted. The colour is nothing. With reluctance, only after showing the reservation, they accepted payment in local currency according to the official course, although this is exactly what was recorded in the booking conditions. The location is close to the mosque, but you have to go through the local unpaved streets.
