I stayed one night and two days at this homestay and I would recommend it to everyone else who wants to stay in a village with the locals but not completly in the middle of nowhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had shared dinner with Ha and his wife, she cooked very delicious vegan!! local food. Especially Ha is a very nice host and he speaks english fluently! Cozy homestay with friedlich staff

Loved this place - it had so much charm and character with an open common room and beds on the first floor. The owner was really sweet and so helpful, you can ask him anything and he'll do his best to answer and he'll make sure you can get back and forth to Sapa city if needed, because the home stay is 7-9km from the city centre. In our case it was really lovely to get away from the city life. He helped us arrange a hike in the beautiful area that surrounded the home stay. It's not fancy and do not expect anything big, but it is cozy, the scenery is beautiful and it has a good vibe. It was what me and my friends needed when we went to Sapa for a great weekend tour.

Tip: remember to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The neighbor hood dogs likes to bark at night.

Really nice

The bed is comfortable, the staff pleasant, but if you're looking for a little, a lot more homestay we'll be at your disposal... i'll just have to choose.

It's simple, but it makes more sense.

IT is a very Nice place to stay. (King) Kong will help you with everything whats needed. Take a local guide and take the tour trough the mountains. Its so Nice! We had a pleasant stay here, the food is good! And the beer is cheap 😃.

Very Nice place with good service

we stopped for lunch and order fried rice and sandwich. on the menu they would cost 90k but when the girl checked our bill it comes to 110k. we felt being ripped off and didnt want to bothered asking for room rate.

Highly recommend this homestay, you will need to catch a taxi as it's not in sapa town, but it's really worth it. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our room, the lady working is very nice and helpful, food there is also very good, will be returning.

Awesome place

We chose this Homestay guided by the good ratings and paid $14 for a room without ventilation, very basic, dark, with concrete walls, the ceiling covered with a carpet as a decoration. The shared bathroom with minimal cleaning. The breakfast was included in the price, to choose between rice or sandwich options and charge you for the coffee or tell you at the end when you will pay for the stay. In six months traveling around Asia, they never charged me for the coffee, tea or juice if the breakfast is included in the price. And no they say! This is located in a place with a lot of activity during the day, we decided to buy a tourist ticket, women and children offering trekking and products. We decided to have a place to stay for the night. We decided to stay for the night where the rest of the night was easy. The rest of the night was a simple one. The rest of the tourists said that it was quite a surprise to get into the hotel, but the rest of our staff said that it was a great place to stay for the next day.

Big disappointment, overrated, loud and expensive for what it offers.

I've wanted to live in a tribe for a long time, to experience the life of the local Black Hmong people. I can say that this hotel is not for everyone. It's interesting, unusual, exotic in everything. But there are many disadvantages: no heating and the wind blows through the cracks at night, the floor on the first floor is concrete and breakfast is cooked on the stove, smoke is felt in the rooms.

Exotic isn 't for everyone.

The accommodation itself is not very expensive, Daisy (the receptionist) is adorable and is always happy to help you organize your trip by managing your bus, taxi, fare bookings very cheap and always with a smile!

It's perfect!

Unfortunately for us, we were in Sapa in December and the temperatures were very low, the rooms were very cold, the double bed was too small, but the blankets were warm, otherwise the setting was really nice, the homestay was in the valley, next to an iron bridge, the food was really expensive but good, the staff were very hospitable and spoke English well.
