This place is a scam! The guy who works there scammed us for the bikes! He takes your passport and when you return the bikes he want to take money for the ‘damage’ that you didn’t do!
Don’t go there for anything!

Rooms with the minimum... extra hard literature, printed sleeping on a slab... 1.20 meter wide by 2.50 meter long bathroom-toilets with the obligation to leave the shower apple in the mini sink because the switch button no longer works... no heating planned provide a tee shirt and light trousers as pajamas... breakfast is reduced to a strict minimum... random wifi... I won't go back there....

Mediocre

There are definitely better and cheaper places to stay in Sapa which are more worth the money. This hotel is near the lake and town centre. The hotel staff can´t speak any English. 
During our stay the electricity kept turning off and the wi-fi  didn ´t work. Other houses on the same streets didn´t have this problem so it was just the hotel. 

The room we stayed in didn´t have any window so it was impossible to let some fresh air in. It was a little smelly - most houses is Sapa are really wet and have a lot of mould on walls so I guess you have count with it when you visit Sapa and don´t wanna stay in pricey places. 

Bathroom was dark and small. Water from the sink was led straight on the floor so our feet were wet immediately we stepped in. 
 
The beds were really hard. Like REALLY. It was like lying on a floor or in a tent.

Dark and smelly room, overpriced, choose some other place!

We had a mix up with trains so arrived a day later than we said but I emailed and explained and they said it was fine! When we arrived they told us they were very full but saved us a room but when we went upstairs all the rooms where empty with their door open so that was a lie! Then my account got charged 30$ for not turning up, even though this is more than double the price of a night. The wifi upstairs was not turned on until a Vietnamese family moved in a few days after us. I use the offline map and it suggests the hotel is close to the centre when it isn't it is a 15 minute walk and the men in Sapa have no problem staring me at western women in a very rude uncomfortable  and so the walking so far is disconcerting and being dropped of at the wrong place when we arrived was very annoying. The reception is used as a family get together every night where they all smoke and the smell drifts up to our room and it is even uncomfortable walking through the reception with all the men in there when I'm wearing shorts and a tshirt. The beds are extremely hard. The bathrooms are tiny you can barely move. We arranged for a trip to the two waterfalls with the hotel and agreed a price for it and that the taxi would wait 3-4 hours so we can swim and relax, when we got in the taxi he tried to take us to one and got very mad when he had to take us the other and shouted that we must only take one hour and the whole way was nagging us for more money even though we were already paying 350,000 dong which is a ridiculous amount of money considering the waterfalls were not a far drive. On the last day my boyfriend got sick and was vomiting so we asked if check out can be postponed an extra few hours, considering we had paid almost double for a night we didn't spend here we had hoped we would be allowed a late check out for cheaper than a night but no that is not the case, that means for 2 nights here we are expected to pay a told about £63! You can get much nicer hotels closer to the centre for that price. Do not waste your time coming here.
