Our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent. First of all, I would like to highlight the outstanding staff. Everyone was extremely professional, polite, kind, and genuinely helpful. No matter what we needed, they always did their best to provide it in the most efficient and thoughtful way possible. The security of the hotel is exceptional. The hotel consists of approximately twenty rooms located on the fourth floor of a building, and only this floor belongs to the hotel. Access to the building requires a special key card, so not just anyone can enter. Once on the fourth floor, there is a 24-hour front desk, which made us feel completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. This hotel is an excellent choice for long-term stays. Each room is very well equipped and includes a clean washing machine, kitchen sink, plates, pots, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils, an electric kettle, a safe box, free Wi-Fi, and proper air conditioning. The hot water in both the shower and toilet was consistently great, and the presence of a bidet spray next to the toilet was a very nice and practical touch. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was always available upon request, and the staff promptly cleaned the room and replaced towels whenever needed. Additionally, if required, guests can request a clothes rack for drying laundry. Overall, we had a very comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. تجربه اقامت ما در این هتل واقعاً عالی بود. در قدم اول باید از کارکنان فوق‌العاده هتل تشکر کنم؛ افرادی بسیار حرفه‌ای، محترم، خوش‌برخورد و مهربان که از هیچ تلاشی برای فراهم کردن بهترین شرایط برای مهمانان دریغ نمی‌کردند. هر درخواستی که داشتیم با نهایت دقت و در سریع‌ترین زمان ممکن پیگیری و انجام می‌شد. از نظر امنیت، هتل در سطح بسیار بالایی قرار دارد. این هتل در واقع شامل حدود بیست اتاق است که در طبقه چهارم یک ساختمان قرار گرفته و فقط همین طبقه به هتل اختصاص دارد. برای ورود به ساختمان نیاز به کارت تگ مخصوص است و پس از ورود به طبقه چهارم نیز پذیرش ۲۴ ساعته حضور دارد که خیال مهمان را از بابت امنیت کاملاً راحت می‌کند. این هتل گزینه‌ای بسیار مناسب برای اقامت‌های طولانی‌مدت است. داخل هر اتاق امکانات کاملی وجود دارد؛ از جمله ماشین لباس‌شویی تمیز، سینک ظرف‌شویی، بشقاب، قابلمه و سایر وسایل آشپزی و غذاخوری، کتری برقی، وای‌فای رایگان، تهویه هوای مناسب و آب گرم بسیار عالی در حمام و سرویس بهداشتی. همچنین شیر بیدت در کنار توالت وجود داشت که برای ما بسیار نکته مثبتی بود. تمیزی هتل واقعاً قابل تحسین است. هر زمان که درخواست می‌کردیم، خدمات خانه‌داری انجام می‌شد، اتاق تمیز می‌شد و حوله‌ها تعویض می‌گردید. در صورت نیاز، می‌توانستیم برای خشک کردن لباس‌ها clothes rack نیز درخواست کنیم. در مجموع، اقامت بسیار راحت، امن و دلپذیری داشتیم و این هتل را با اطمینان کامل توصیه می‌کنم
