I really loved this hotel- it was actually even nicer in person than the pictures show! The location is perfect (not on the main square but very close), and my room was grand, extremely clean, and very comfortable. I had one small issue with my room (which was not even their fault), and they fixed it within minutes. Room service was timely and felt luxurious. Best of all was the staff, especially Alfred at the front desk, who was very kind and professional and gave great recommendations on restaurants and sites to see, and offered to arrange everything for me, and help any way he could. He and the staff made this an exceptional experience. Definitely a wonderful hotel and I would stay again and also would highly recommend.
