The hotel is located just out of the Vienna Central Rail Station, which means quiet far away from the city center but with a very good connection with U-Bahn 1. The reception staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. If you are a member of the Leonardo Club, and even if you join on the spot, you may get early check-in and late check-out free of charge. The room is big, modern and comfortable. The sleeping quality is good, the desk is nice to work at and the lighting is fine. There isn't a lot of storage space, and in my room there was no door to the shower (the toilets are separated), which might be awkward even for couples and cold even for singles. Breakfast offers a big selection; Kosher keepers like me can have the toast (vegan bread), vegetables, fruits, eggs and dairy products. The overall experience and the value for money were very good. I will be happy to get back.
