The guest house is a two-storey house in a modern style. On the property, there are both closed and open parking areas. In warm seasons, a terrace with a barbecue area is available. The total area of the house is 120 sq. m. The guest house accommodates 6–8 guests. On the ground floor, there is a separate bedroom, a living room with karaoke, a Bluetooth sound system, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary cooking utensils. This floor also includes a bathroom, a shower room, a laundry room, and a sauna. The floors are heated. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and an open area with fitness equipment. The house features TV, Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, and heating and water heating via a gas boiler. The living area is designed for 12 people. The interior features Venetian plaster, a mirrored panel, and a 3D ceiling. A barbecue grill, skewers, grates, dishes, soap, sponges, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, a hairdryer, and a corkscrew are provided at no extra charge. Tea and sugar are also available.
