Coming to Medugorje for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. This hotel is very close to St James Church, which is nice because you can walk to mass everyday in about 5 mins or less. Also, near the market and all the souvenir shops. The rooms are small but spacious, with closet, desk, and spacious restroom. I didn't give this a 5 stars because it is older, but with compared to the area, Miro keeps the rooms and inside facility area very clean. You can't compare these hotels to 5 star resort. This is a 3 star for budget friendly. and the added star for Miro's hospitality and breakfast. The best part about coming here for the first time is meeting Miro. This bed and breakfast is served when you want. Miro will ask you when you would like breakfast and be ready when you come down from your room. Breakfast is very plentiful. The breakfast is delicious with hot and cold plates, and something a little different everyday. Tea, juice, and coffee all served, as well. If needed, Miro also does airport transport and transport to Kravica. Keep that in mind when booking from Dubrovnik or Split. He will give you a better price than taxi. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. This experience would have not been the same without his hospitality. If you're looking for budget clean friendly environment, I definitely recommend staying here. The walking distance to the church was great. It was a close enough for church and quiet enough being far away from the busy street. It was walking distance to the bus station too for day trips.
