Villa Isa pansion has an outstanding location in the heart of the old town. You can find cafes, supermarkets, drug stores, less than 2 min walking from the pansion. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Make sure to book the room with balcony. 

I didn't know what to expect before staying at this pension but I was pleasantly surprised.The room is cozy, price is affordable, place is ideal. The best thing is owner's hospitality! One of my most favorite accommodation in the world. I highly recommend.

We stayed two nights in this wonderful flat and we do not regret it at all. It is located truly in the city centre but in a little street so that you can sleep without any troubles. The host family is really nice and helpful. They will give you advices over all the things to do in the area. 
It is the fourth time,  I come to Bosnia and I think I found the best value for money in Mostar. 
Do not hesitate to stay here 

I had been to Mostar once before with my friend in 2013 and we stayed at Pansion Isa. When I knew that my fiance and I would be returning I was determined to stay there again as I had loved it so much the first time. It did not disappoint. The owner (Anisa? I kept missing her name!) and her husband are very friendly people who do their best to make sure that you are enjoying your visit to "their city". We were both welcomed with a cold glass of juice and a thorough explanation of what there was to do in the city. As they kept telling us, when we are happy, they are happy! Our room, the double room with a balcony on the top floor, was clean and welcoming. We had a small fridge (just outside the room) which was perfect for keeping some milk and cold water for our stay. The views from the balcony were lovely and we were content to sit out there with books and refreshments in the afternoon sun. Located only 10 minutes from both the bus station and the Old Bridge, it is the perfect base for exploring Mostar. I loved my stay there both times and it seems to keep getting better! If you are staying in Mostar, this is where you should be staying!

Tip: it is down a small alleyway so it can be easy to miss. Make sure that you have clear directions and look out for the signs for it!

Pension ISA is nicely located, not a long walk to Mostar bridge, or bus station. ISA is in a quiet alley by pedestrian street, so a good night sleep is guaranteed. The room is basic, but I guess that this is pretty much the level of accommodation you get in Mostar. For us it was nice, we didn't miss anything. Bed was comfy, so the pillows. Airconditioner was a bit disturbing, because it blew to our faces when sleeping. But luckily there was an airconditioner!!

The hostess of the place is very energetic and friendly lady. She did a lot of extra work as I informed during my booking that I'm allergic to tobacco smell. So the room, all the linen and towels + curtains were washed properly. Although it is not allowed to smoke in the room, she did it just in case :) 

If the room in the top floor with balcony is available, take that: fabulous views towards nearby hill and roof tops. Refidgerator is in corridor and common with the other room. 

We spent one night, which was enough, because Mostar is a small city, more like a small village. If you come in the morning and leave next day, there will be plenty of time to walk around and see the main things, like the old bridge and old city. Go to old city also in the evening, there is live music and nice atmosphere.
