Close to everything, very easy to find. Big, clean and comfortable room with two balconies. Big bed, tv, refrigerator. The owners are very very friendly and nice people. Fast free wi-fi. You can borrow beach equipment (umbrellas, balls, books, magazines, etc.) for free.
