We just got back from a trip to Bansko, staying with Cristian and his remarkable team. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and everything was organized for us. Lazer (our friendly driver) took us to the resort to collect all our ski equipment. He continued to shuttle us to and from the gondola each day, even found us the day one of the kids left their helmet! Each afternoon we were served tea and cakes and enjoyed the spa area. Cristian was around most of the time to ensure we were all happy and being looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return sometime. Thanks for a great trip.
