We booked a room at the beginning of September. Rooms have a bedroom, bathroom and a living room with a small kitchen where we made breakfast and coffee. For cooking it's best to take with you the necessary pots, they have some but not all suited for cooking (e.g.: no coffee kettle). They also provide dish washing liquid and sponge, plus glasses and cutlery. Rooms are spacious, parking is right next to the building and they have 24h surveillance so your car is safe. The villa is next to Kavarna beach where you can find restaurants and a mini market. The beach is ok but you'll be better off going to other, more beautiful, beaches just a couple of minutes away. In conclusion, if you're looking for a cheap, feel like at home accommodation this villa is perfect
